OK I bought a side cesar salad & it came with no bacon. I called them, told them what happened & a employee told me I would get one for free. They asked for my name and said I would be back next week. I arrive and tell the person at the cashier about the free side cesar salad. She goes & tell the manager about it. The manager (short Chinese lady with glasses) told me at first I needed to provide the receipt to prove I was there. Well the person I spoke to just said I needed to provide my name & that was it.
He actually never gave me he's name & there's no recollection of this even written down that this conversation even happened. So the manager asked me what I ordered & what day. She went & did a backlog of all the orders on the day & time I specified. She came back 15 minutes later with a smile on her face & laughing a bit telling me there was no receipt for a order placed during that timeframe. She also said she was the manager working that day & she would know if that order was placed. I find that to be a joke. Funny, you never stated that earlier after I told you the date & time.
Now you tell me that after you go & check which is odd. I told her it was probably Saturday I placed the order instead of Friday. She just sat there & stared at me as though I was lying not saying anything. I really hated that & was about to tell her not look at me like that but it was crowded that night, didn't want to make a scene. I had to tell her 3 times that it was Saturday the order was placed for her to go & recheck again. I just wanted to punch this lady in the glasses.
She came back quicker this time saying she found the order. She apologized about the matter. In total I spent more than half a hour trying to just get my free side cesar salad cause of they're stupid mistake! When I got home looking through receipts I was there on Friday & bought the same order. Which she stated she couldn't find? I had both receipts showing I was there on Friday & Saturday.
I usually go there on Friday & Saturday. So what she said about me not being there is complete garbage! I was about to storm back there & make a fool out of this short lady for pretty much lying to my face that I didn't place this order on Friday making me look like I'm the bad one who couldn't get there story straight!
If I was honestly lying you stupid idiot you think I would honestly go through all this just to get a side cesar salad?? Plus the words on the receipts look faded cause they continue to print out receipts when the ink is low & don't refill it! I placed my usual order with them that day & the words on the receipt are not printed properly cause they're too cheap to refill they're ink!
The side cesar salad was not filled to the top! 2 side cesar salad I got were not filled to the top & it was only half I received! I noticed it when checking my order at the restaurant but did not complain about it as I was already getting a free salad & thought it was just an error but when checking the second it was the same.
So now they're not giving out as much salad anymore as I doubt these are two mistakes. You people are sick. They always seem to be out of side cesar salad which is very annoying. I've never been to a restaurant which i could not get a certain food that was advertised. This location for some reason does not prepare your food with gloves they use they're bare hands!
Which is just disgusting & when I confronted a employee about it he said that restaurants wear gloves cause they're hands are dirty! Like wow. I thought I was going to vomit & not eat the food I had just ordered. There is only Chinese people working at this location. This is the first McDonalds I have ever seen only one race of employees. My wife and wanted to have a quick breakfast at McDonald's as she had to get to work at 10.30 am and it takes an hour to get there. I tried to order through the app but it kept freezing when I was trying to confirm order. Eventually, it went through and we decided to dine-in. Then I tried to find a clean table/chairs and there were none, I asked the cashier to clean a table. He grabbed an almost empty bottle and just sprayed some foam and wiped the table only. When we sat, the app started to show an error that I had to go to the counter, so I went. Cashier had to called Shift Manager, to put the order through. Then, the system froze and he could not put through. There is a whole line of other customers behind me to order food at this time. After waiting for 15 minutes, he was able to put the order through and gave me the receipt after applying discount as I had originally intended. Now I sat at table waiting for the staff to call the number. I had chosen table service, mind you, but there was no table service either. I hear my number and I rush to get my order and I am only handed two lukewarm coffees. I asked where is the rest of my order, the staff had no idea. I asked another person from staff, she was able to find to it. I took the bagel sandwiches that I had ordered and these were the most rubbery and stale bagel sandwiches I ever had. Having no choice as she was running late for work, we decided to eat as much of it as I could and swallow it with now cold coffee. As we were eating, someone from staff brought more 2 more bagel sandwiches and said here is the food. I was confused and asked him if we were double charged and he had no idea. I turned down the food. After half-finishing the meal we decided to leave. Now that, 45 minutes of our time was wasted waiting for food (while the staff chatted with a customer that she knows, my wife was late for her work and the meals were atrocious ) I would give this experience 0...

Understandably, they restaurant was understaffed this evening; however, with only 4 customer ahead of my son it took more than 30 mins to receive his order of 2 poutines and 4 jr. chickens. Also he had to place a separate order of unsalted fries. So being frustrated having to wait more than 30 mins he left having to forget his fries. I return d to the restaurant with my son just to get the fries, no staff at the front. Suddenly, a server comes out. We ask for the fries, which was totally forgotten by the server - her name is Amy, I could see that the batch of fries were still sitting in the fryer basket getting cold. The server gives us the fries and when I questioned her why it has taken so long to get the order, she only hands the fries over and rolls her eyes.
I complained to the manager about the lack of service provided, his excuse was they they're understaffed tonight and it's a Saturday night. I told him there were only 4 customer ahead of my son, why did it take more than 30 mins? He had no answer and I warned him about his server Amy that she better have an attitude check when dealing with customers.
When my son and I arrived home, we discover that the original order was messed up. The poutines had cheese curds but no gravy and the jr chickens had no mayo but only lettuce.
For this order to take more than 30 mins to be prepared you would think they would get it right.
Hey McDonald's head office! I think this store's night shift needs a retrain on how to handle situations of being understaffed and if they're providing slow service at least make sure the food ordered had been made with some customer...
