Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to pzza pizza because I was hungry. I want 10 wings, the guy misheard me and put 20. I told him 10 again, and he was like yeah 20. I kept saying that I ordered 10 but he was like oh okay. Then I thought that part was resolved and then I ordered my other things. It was still at 20 wings and I basicaly gave up at that point. When I went to pay, my total was 34.88 I gave 35, and I told him I would give him 90 cents, he was like no its okay you will get 10 cents back. But if I gave the 90 cents I would get back a dollar. But he went ahead and just took the 35 and gave back 10 cents. I gave up. Even though I got 20 wings its okay cause I was like Ill just shared with my friends. I waited for the wings, which was not that long, and was pretty quick. I picked it up then went back to school and when I went to eat the food, most of the chicken is dry, and was so crispy you got nothing but crisp. There was basically no meat. Out of the 20 I barely ate 5. I asked my friends if they wanted some because it was more than the amount that I needed. And they barely ate 2 each and then we gave up and threw away the food. Like it was dry to the point where itfelt like I was eating sand. Not only that but it also tasted really weird, like I got dipping sause to go with it so I was drowning the wing in the sauce but it still tasted weird. So I am really disappointed and upset that my money went down the drain. I usually love Pizza Pizza chicken wings, and this was my first time at this location, so I am not sure if it was an off day, but I was not happy and wasted my money. Since I am a college Student wasting almost 40 dollars is alot. I will be thinking twice before coming to this location.

I ordered a chicken poutine and a pop . I have already waited there long to place an order. They told me to wait for 10 minutes once I placed the order. So I went into my car and came back in to get my food then the employee who was at the counter asking me the receipt and I gave them . So he was asking me many questions like I am very suspicious . So I ask him to call the guy who I place the order with so his reply was he went home. So I ask him to contact them to phone and he was like I don’t want to. Finally I got my food after 30 minutes and I was waiting inside all the time watching him making it. He never had his gloves on or he wasn’t following any food handling procedures. So I have a high recommendation to the manager that please train your employee for customer service and all the hygienic practices so that people don’t get sick. End of the story that I have to threw the food without touching. On top of that , when I was at the parking lot sitting inside my car , the guy who I was told , went home was cleaning the table inside the store. it gave me very poor impression about the customer service...
