I love the Spanish bread here and fresh pandesal. I also like the ensaymada in huge trays. Perfect for partys. It's just a small Filipino bakery but lots of goodies. The staff are kind. Location is ok. Just few parking spot. Not bad for stopping by and picking something. They only accept cash. I wish they do accept card too.

I’m so happy to found this place. The best pandesal I tried around GTA, it feels like home. the ensaymada is one of my fave as well, it’s so soft just like what an ensaymada supposed to be. My style. The only problem is the plaza is too narrow it’s hard to drive and park.

I was a little disappointed with their ensaymada… it did not taste fresh at all and in fact it was a little staled. Their puto was a little under cooked too… Their plantain roll was really good.

In Mendoza's Bakery, delights abound, A haven where sweet treasures are found. Each bite a symphony, each crumb a song, To this sweet paradise, my heart belongs.

The bread so warm, with a golden crust, In every loaf, a baker's trust. Pastries that melt like morning dew, With flavors rich and always true.

Cakes adorned with a touch of grace, A sugar dream, in every taste. From chocolate mousse to lemon zest, Each slice a journey, each bite the best.

Cookies that crumble with perfect ease, A sweet embrace, a moment to seize. The finest treats in every display, Mendoza’s magic, night and day.

With every visit, joy is anew, For dreams are baked at Mendoza's too. Five stars shine for this bakery divine, Where every delight is...

When I was a kid and new to Canada back in 2008, they were my first nostalgic view of back home. The nice lady behind the cashier has always been there and greeted me with a smile and sometimes given me extra pandesal because I was "cute at gwapong bata".

After coming back recently, they haven't changed much. Same delicious nostalgic bread from back home with a little bit more options.

To me this wasn't just a bakery I stop by sometimes to buy bread, but familiar stop to reminisce when I was young and still in the Philippines.

Although I don't see the lady behind the counter much anymore. The place still...

Bought bicho-bicho, Aling Maring was kind enough to add sugar cause it looks nothing in there. She personally add sugar and handed back to me. Arrived home and excited, but with so much disappointment just on my first bite, I noticed the bread is hard and smells like old oil. I always come for the pandesal which is always perfectly bake. I thought she learned about my complaint 3 years ago when I ordered 50 pcs of puto and it turns out bitter. With heavy heart I say, Please don't sell any food that might be too old or not check...
