Mr. Greek is a true gem in the realm of Mediterranean cuisine, particularly when it comes to their Greek salads. My recent experience with two variations of their Greek salads left me thoroughly impressed, and I am eager to share the details. ### Service From the moment I stepped into Mr. Greek, the service was nothing short of impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to recommend dishes, ensuring that I felt welcome and taken care of. The promptness with which my order was taken and delivered to the table was remarkable, demonstrating a well-organized and efficient team. This level of attentiveness extended throughout the meal, with servers regularly checking in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction without being intrusive. ### Taste The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Greek salads. The first salad, a classic Greek, was a vibrant medley of fresh vegetables. The crispness of the cucumbers, the juiciness of the tomatoes, and the sweetness of the red onions created a harmonious blend of flavors. The olives added a delightful brininess, while the feta cheese provided a rich, tangy creaminess that tied everything together. The dressing, a perfect balance of olive oil, lemon, and herbs, enhanced the natural flavors of the ingredients without overpowering them. The second salad, a modern twist on the traditional, included additional ingredients such as quinoa and avocado. The quinoa added a pleasing texture and a slight nuttiness, while the avocado brought a creamy richness that complemented the other ingredients beautifully. This salad was a testament to Mr. Greek's ability to innovate while staying true to the essence of Greek cuisine. ### Value In terms of value, Mr. Greek excels. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left feeling satisfied and well-nourished. Given the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish, the prices were very reasonable. It's evident that Mr. Greek prioritizes both quality and customer satisfaction, making it a fantastic option for anyone seeking delicious and authentic Mediterranean food. In conclusion, my experience at Mr. Greek was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, delectable food, and great value makes it a standout choice. Whether you're a longtime fan of Greek cuisine or a newcomer looking to explore, Mr. Greek's Greek salads are a must-try.

Wow has this place ever gone downhill. I have been in the area for 15 years and frequently order take out here. Owners/ staff changed a few times over the years but service and food was always consistent until now. Over cooked food, slow service and mass confusion if there are more that 3 orders received in the kitchen. Such a shame because there are so few Greek restaurants in the area. Updating from previous order after owners response but unfortunately this past experience was even worse. Wanted to give them another chance so placed an order for the family deal and 2 additional large meals. Arrived 30 minutes later to pickup and order was completely wrong. Apparently the person that took it over the phone input it wrong and went home leaving the people in the store completely confused on what he did. Had to wait for the entire order to be remade which took another 30 minutes. Seeing the staff were getting to repack the order, I went to watch was was being put in to make sure it was correct. One of the workers said I don't need you watching me go and sit down and I will call you when its ready. To avoid any confrontation, I let them pack everything then collected my order and left. The young girl at the cash was very pleasant however apologizing for the co-workers error inputting the order and for the managers attitude saying it was a rough day. Unfortunately checking the order when I got home, they still missed the 4 cookies from the order, the pita bread, chicken was dry/overcooked, pork and potatoes were undercooked and they had red sauce on the rice and French fries of one of the large meals which was requested to be left plain as it was for a child. I will still be driving 15 minutes past this location to by my meals from another spot as they still haven't figured it out.

I ordered the 19.99 two souvlakis with two sides, pita and tzatziki sauce for takeout. When I was ordering, the Asian lady at the cashier was not at all helpful or pleasant.. but I was like okay, as long as I get good food. I thought it was more expensive than Jimmy the Greek but decided to give it a shot. When I got home, I checked the bag and there was no tzatziki sauce, and the chicken looked like one souvlaki instead of two. I was shocked that this is all the chicken that $20 gets you because seeing other people's photos it looks like I should have gotten twice more chicken. Having eaten at Jimmy the Greek a lot pre pandemic, I also know i can get this amount of food for around $12.. the flavour was pretty good but my family and I won't be going here ever again. I know it's a hard time for the businesses and I wanted to support them, but this is just mean and dishonest.

Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner as it is one of my favorite places to eat because the food is always good but was elementary disappointment in the service. My boyfriend had ordered something and ordered it correctly so we go to sit down to wait for our food to come out it took more than half an hour which is ridiculous. As the restaurant was completely empty. When they brought out our food my food was incorrect as I asked for things not to be added and his was completely wrong! My boyfriend is a very kind person and when he went up to the staff and told them he couldn't eat what they gave him because of a health issue they told him this is what he ordered and then proceeded to explain how the menu worked and that he ordered wrong even though he specifically asked for a certain ingredient in his food and I was there as his witness that he ordered his food correctly and that the person taking the order entered it wrong. I proceeded to go to the counter and tell them that he was not able to eat this because of a health issue and if we can just exchange it and she proceeded to tell me that we were wrong and that this is what we ordered. Ivan asked her for the receipt to see what was wrong and then I saw that she had entered it incorrectly and refused to admit that she was wrong. My boyfriend has very serious health issues so whenever he orders things he's very specific about it. Another employee came and started arguing with me about how we ordered it incorrectly and it was our fault and we couldn't get new food we would have to pay for it. The food was not cheap and I told them that we were not going to pay for a new meal when they got the first one wrong it took 10 minutes for them to finally say they would give us new food without paying. Unemployee then came and served us our food and passive aggressively told us to relax and eat our food that the problem is okay now. We found it extremely disrespectful as you can tell he was being passive aggressive and rude. I'm extremely disappointed in the service here as I work in customer service and work with food and deal with people all day and the fact that we had to argue with someone for 10 minutes telling us we were wrong was ridiculous me and my boyfriend were both very kind and explained the situation and they came in extremely rude from the beginning. It's very unfortunate as the food is pretty good but waiting 40 minutes with four people working as well as the ridiculously rude customer service I would never come here ever again they have ruined our dining experience we couldn't even finish our food after the situation we...

Disappointing! I don’t know if they changed owners or staff but the quality isn’t the same as before. Recently, I got take out for my family and it was not fresh, and poorly put together.

The 3 souvlaki meals we got was not fresh, the chicken was dry and different portions in each plate( some had more some had less). The packing of the food was really poorly put together it was very sloppy and not appetizing. The side order of large roasted vegetables was disgusting. The broccoli was mushy and had a foul taste and has gone bad. The carrots was discoloured, and has a foul taste. The zucchini, some were mushy and some were under cooked. seems like they mixed some old/rotten veggies together to cook. The Greek potatoes also side order did not taste good the potatoes were undercooked and didn’t have flavour it was only drenched in sauce to make it look like it had flavour but when you bit into it wasn’t cooked properly. My husband’s burger was put together very sloppy with too much sauce and his Greek fries was mushy it wasn’t good at all, fries should be crispy and cooked properly but it wasn’t. None of their food was fresh, which is disappointing because we use to love ordering take out here all the time. In the past the food was amazing that’s why we keep coming back.

Packaging was horrible, they switched from the plastic containers to these tin takeout containers and the food wasn’t even hot. They didn’t know how to package it in the bags. It had 3 souvlaki dinners at the bottom which was smaller, then they put the 2 large side orders of potatoes and roasted veggies on top, it was falling over and not tightly stacked and organized like before. The salad was old and not fresh, some of the ingredients were also discoloured so you know it’s going bad. They mixed in items of hot abs cold together, it was a disaster!

One other thing I saw that was super disgusting was the female cook, she was snacking on food while cooking, her fingers touched her mouth and then she’s back to touching all the customers foods. This is totally NOT Sanitary !!! I do not recommend this place to anyone, this is not how a restaurant should be handling people’s food. The previous staff who were cooking here was well organized, very clean and sanitary! Also we’re friendly and nice too. This time I went there was the 1 cook lady and only 1 other staff at the cash whom was the same person who helped put together food, didn’t see her wash her hands while she was doing this.

I do not recommend this location to anyone, go somewhere else for Greek food don’t...
