Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Toronto

DO NOT EAT HERE. I found a wood chip in my sub and proceeded to contact head office - after them only saying their sending me a gift card for the inconvenience it never mailed to me, after months and months of emailing back and forth I eventually stopped hearing back, really disgusting and cheap considering I could’ve choked on that wood chip.

UPDATE: after going back and forth with customer service and the supervisor they said they would give me a $25 gift card that never came lol. I kept emailing asking them where is the gift card? They kept saying it was sent out and it never came in convinced they just didn’t want to reimburse me - a measly gift card is the least they could’ve done anyways. my brother and I tried it for the first time after living a few blocks away for 6 years. The lady working was so kind and very patient with us! She was very friendly and we even started to have a nice conversation with her. My brother and I got the perfect sub, and the quality and price was great! there was a good barrier from where we were and from her(6ft) and sanitizer was available. Lots of space inside so people can still maintain social distance while inside the store. We look forward to...

Wow talk about a place where you feel they don't like their job. No smiles, offers nothing, wether they were badly trained or the store manager doesn't care. Never again, that was a place i often went. The kid at the cash didn't hand me out my change he rudely pushed it.

Usually good food but very badly served. Never offered us to heat it, if i wouldn't of ask for veggies the sub was heading to the cash.
