One of the best location to buy coffee in Toronto GTA. It has a variety of beans from all over the world. After 8 is the shop signature product. I'm writing this comment because I am touched how the shop take cares of their customers. I drove from Markham to the shop yesterday and bought the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to try. For afternoon tea today, we used the French press and let it sit for 5 mins. However the taste didn't turn out as we wanted from the bag . I thought maybe French press wasn't the best method to brew for this bean. I called the shop and told Kyle who picked up the phone. He told me I did everything right and perhaps Yirgacheffe wasn't my cup of coffee ā˜•ļø He asked for my preference taste that I enjoy, and I said I really liked "After 8" the shop signature product; nevertheless I want to try something different. He then told me he will figure something out and will give me a new bag. I said it is a long drive for me to go back from Markham and thanks. Then he said will personally deliver to my home to make sure I'm satisfied. Wow 😳 for a small coffee shop saying that to a customer that they didn't know. I'm totally touched & surprised as well! No way for any other coffee shop that I know will do this for me! I totally feel like I'm their VIP but I'm no body just a customer who walked into their store. I felt so much respect as a customer. This kind of gesture & customer service, for sure I will become a loyal fan to Fair Grounds Organic Cafe! Much appreciated

I recently visited Fair Grounds Organic CafƩ & Roastery to try their coffee and was thoroughly impressed. The cafe features an interior with extensive use of wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large glass windows allow plenty of sunshine to flood the space, and the high ceilings make it feel spacious and open. The server was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending a cold brew coffee, which was already prepared and ready to enjoy. The coffee tasted good. The washroom is located downstairs and requires a key for access. While it had a slight old-building smell, it was overall serviceable and clean. One minor inconvenience was the use of paper straws, which quickly became soggy and broke, especially where they contacted the X-shaped opening in the plastic lid. This design flaw made the straw lose its shape and integrity, requiring me to get a second one to finish my drink. Despite this small issue, this cafe is a fantastic place to hang out, relax, and enjoy good coffee. The friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere make it a spot I would gladly return to.

I haven’t tried many places for organic coffee but I will tell you this — Organic coffees are grown with natural herbicides, fungicides etc unlike the synthetic fertilizers used for regular coffee so when you have a sip of coffee organic vs regular side by side, you notice the difference of a smoother (less bitter), fresher and a full-bodied taste of the ground beans. What we tried - Cappuccino, an Iced Mocha and a Scone sandwich My spouse who isn’t a big coffee enthusiast tried the Iced Mocha and said it didn’t feel like it was a syrupy shake of sorts therefore adding to its lustre, the Cappuccino was downright fresh and had a supple taste to it despite a tsp of sugar and the scone sandwich had a superb aftertaste. If you’re thinking of trying Organic Coffee, this place is really good. They offer signature grinds as well and have quite a few options for snacks. ~GoExplore

I discovered this cafe three weeks, ago and since then I have come here too many times to count! The food is delicious AND made with clean, simple, natural ingredients. You literally taste the goodness and freshness when you bite into one of the muffins. I have tried all of the muffins (carrot, blueberry, banana, vegan, apple). Nothing here is processed or re-heated. The coffee makes me feel like I am back in Paris or Italy. It is just real coffee. I live in Mississauga and all of my favourite bakeries/cafes are in Toronto because I was unable to find a place in Mississauga/Etobicoke that knew how to make proper coffee. I have also tasted the cakes and baked treats, all magnificent! And the people who work here are warm, kind, and make you feel welcomed every time you step into the place. This includes the owner himself, and Javan, who makes the perfect cup of coffee - latte, cappuccino, anything on the menu he makes it perfectly! And it helps that he is a foodie and all the foods he has suggested I have loved. I used to go to Toronto all the time to find a place like this. I am happy there is one close to my home. The ambience is cozy. You can sit here and read a book for hours, journal, chat with a loved one, or use your lap top as they offer free WI-FI. I appreciate this place, the food, beverages, and the people who run it. This very quickly became one of my go-to...

I find it very strange the negative reviews here. I’m here almost weekly, my daughter and I enjoy the desserts, they are mostly all made in house. Not in Brantford like Tim Horton’s, and heated up to look like they are made fresh. I suppose if you like Tim Horton’s, then your retarded taste buds would not know what to do with all the flavour, but then there is always hope that some may open up.

The coffee here is very good; the service is good also, though I suppose younger people are not always attentive enough for some. I wish they made cookies in house, nothing like a freshly baked cookie and a good cup of coffee. My daughter and I are here weekly, not only will we eat and drink inside, but also take coffee beans home. The Yirgacheffe coffee beans are very good. Unsure how anyone would say anything negative about this place, very good coffee, great sweets, and most of the staff are very attentive, helpful, and nice.

Went to the Odgen Ave. location and had the most wonderful Americano ever. They have a nice shiny fancy machine, and boy when I saw the lovely golden brown creamy nectar flow into my cup, I knew right away that I was in for a treat. My eyes did not deceive my taste buds, I usually have some dairy in my Americano, no need for dairy, and it was the best Americano ever. I eagerly drank the first one, and ordered and second...
