Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Toronto

So today I ordered 2 subs from here from Uber eats. The Uber driver came and only delivered one part of my order so it was incomplete and I told him that it wasn’t my full order and he said he would go back and get the other sub. He never came back and I was charged.. I was furious. So I called this location and this woman named Julia picked up and I told her what happened thinking that it was mr subs fault but I was wrong. She told me the driver didn’t speak English and refused to take my other half of the order cause he was afraid to get it wrong and left immediately. She was just as upset and confused and she actually contacted Uber support to help me get a refund. She was amazing, she told me everything that happened and she was shocked too. I'm a MrSub lover because they've always been Canadian based. I get a footling Sub all the time. It's very cheap and in terms of quality, way better than subway. Subway gives me a small sub but it costs more than a large at Mr Sub. The employees are working hard and they're pretty polite. They deliver excellent service.
