Bourbon St Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

If I can give this last experience a ZERO star rating I would. Limited food for initial presentation. Then I saw the staff member eating her food in the corner just behind the food counter, not in the back or in a designated staff lunch room. Ordered BBQ chicken, spicy noodles and mixed veg for take out. After taking it to work and popping open the container, I snacked on the chicken to find dry burnt chunks and ended up pulling out a long black hair. After making several calls to the restaurant to get this situation reported and resolved, I received no answer and I couldn't leave a voice mail. I will not be going back and I am also reporting this incident to Toronto Public Health. That was disgusting. I think I had last nights repurposed chicken before dining on that hair....

The worker Vivian Chinese lady is extremely nice She took the care to explain each dish and asked what my preferences were to make sure I got the right order and even let me try some of the meat so I would be happy with my order and she's passionate about her job makes you feel very welcome even though it's just a fast food restaurant I feel like I'm at a five-star restaurant also the food is really not bad at all considering the price It is one of the cheapest option where you can get a full meal with all the food groups including rice meat vegetables. Also she's just a really good person and not doing it for you tips because there was no option to tip...

I've lived in the area for a few years and surprised to find a bourbon near by. The comments made me not order but I decided to yesterday and...they were right lol. The staff are nice but the food isn't it. Tastes nothing like the STC location. Almost flavorless even after she squeezed a bunch of bourbon sauce out of a bottle onto everything which I've not seen anywhere else they usually just take gravy from the chicken. The rice just came out of the kitchen as i arrivedand was somehow still dry and stale seeming, again no flavor.... anyway I wont be coming back def...
