Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to this location for spicy chicken, which is my fav. This is by far the dirtiest food establishment I visited. I don't think they ever cleaned this location. From the walls to the counter and windows, everything is so filthy. The Oven where they bake bread looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years, and their fridge is disgusting; on top of that, at noon lunch hour, only one girl works, and the poor girl has to service the walking and stop accepting the online order, shame on the owner to running this location like this, this location should be closed by health spectator Also, by looking at the owner's responses to other complaints, you could tell how poor the operation is by copying and pasting the same response to all the reviews instead of looking for a resolution to do better and trying to fix those issues. Now you wonder why Mr. Sub's locations keep closing down. Poor Management, operation from top to bottom. I would never go there...

If I could give -10 I would I’m a regular customer and Today I ordered a sandwich from this store and there were two long wrinkly grey hairs tucked in the end on a less horrifying note they still put tomatoes on my sandwich I have a feeling I know who it was and I constantly have to ask him to change his gloves when he makes my sub because he touches the iPad then the food and says it’s because he was making the same sandwich. It’s my fault for even trusting them to get it right if I’m not watching. I accidentally gave them a like trying to like the drivers service and don’t even feel like I can get a refund. Will never go back. Also side not skip told me I would have to wait longer than usual so it was like an hour before I got my food all for that sickening...

This use to be a good spot to grab a sub but it has changed in the last year. The last time I order from here I got a completely different sub from what I order, this time I had toppings added I didn’t request. They use to be generous with the toppings and you would feel as if you got what you paid for however now they barley put any toppings on (bare minimum to say they did) very disappointed with this store as this franchise has always been good I think this store has changed my mind. I also don’t know if it’s just me or if the bread got skinnier (as we know they can’t make it shorter and get us to pay the same ).
