Hi friends Worst place to sit This place is good for pick up and delivery only because the staff members are not at all professional especially you will have hard time if you don't speak their language because employees at this place do not speak or understand English very well. 2nd of all make sure you never reach this place before 1 and half hour or before their closing time because they will tell you oh we are closing soon if you wants to stay you can stay for only half an hour and because I did a huge mistake and I agreed to stay for half an hour. Now first of all of young man (employee) didn't tell us where to sit when half of my family went upstairs they said lights are off and he said I told you we are closing soon 1hr 15 mins are left in their closing time. anyways somehow we managed and sat downstairs ( 10 people ) He didnt helps us at all and bring the Persian tea exactly after 20mins we order. And you can't believe closing is 45 mins away and he took all our time to bringing Tea so how he wants us to finish all those big pots in 10 mins and leave. But he started cleaning the front area and they keep saying us that you guys wants to stay????? I asked him that do you wants us to leave without finishing our tea?? And he said I told you half an hour and it's more than that I asked him are you ready to leave because he wasn't finished yet cleaning and even his open sign is open and still we had 30 mins before they officially closed but he insisted us and stand infront of us that yes we had to leave our tea and left the place. We shouldn't pay him at front because we had paid him right after our order that's why he started treating us like that. I would never go there again especially when they do not have any English speaking employee. If there employees cannot speak English then they should hire someone or atleast teach them some customer service. My brother he loves going there but after such a bad experience this time I will not gonna go there ever again. I would rather go to the next place same in this lane they have good quality food and excellent...
Read moreThis review is long over due! A few months back I celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday. I went to Papas about 3 weeks prior to order a very minimal/4 person cake. I went with ideas on how I wanted the cake to look like and the type of theme I wanted. Not only were they unable to provide the style I originally wanted (showed them a photo) but they said that the person who is responsible of making the decoration out of fondant isn’t available that day to provide the services. They suggested we bring a toy or something to put on the cake instead. I didn’t feel like going to a different place to do this all over again so I just agreed and accepted. The day of my daughters birthday I went to pick up the cake in the morning. I got there, provided my name and order to the lady/employee and she just stood there looked at me like I was a complete alien, not knowing what I was talking about. I repeated myself and provided her details. She looked behind me in the fridge - nothing! She looked through their file/folder and there she found the order. Let me also say that when I first went to order the cake the same employee was NOT friendly or cooperative, she kept trying to finish my order and wasn’t giving me the time to think or decide or anything! Very pushy and unfriendly customer service. The baker (the one who we spoke with) was nicer. Anyway, she called around to ask where the cake was and I knew right then and there that they completely FORGOT about my cake. After she spoke to whoever was in charge she approaches me and tells me they forgot but if i waited an hour or so it would be ready. I told her the cake i ordered needs more than just an hour - im definitely not going to stick around for a “half-a**” made cake! And I have plans! I needed the cake ready at the time I came to pick it up! Horrible horrible experience!...
