New: I promised to change my review if their food gets better. I ordered their kebab and soup. Soup was delicious and kebab was ok. They greased their rice up with butter to add flavour to it and I am personally not a fan so I will only go to four stars. I added two more photos and will still leave my old comment for people to see.
Old: Sad to give them such a low rate but my first time delivery experience was not good at all! Surprised because my dine-in experience was the exact opposite. I ordered Tahdig which is supposed to be a CRISPY rice cake served with Persian stews ( Gheymeh, GhormehSabzi, etc.). I ordered two and they both disappointed for several reasons: The Tahdig was soggy amd mushy! One thing you donât want at all with this specific dish. Simply because they dumped their stew on top instead of delivering in a separate container. That is not how you serve this dish! It was super greasy and thats all I have tasted pretty much The amount of stew on that full container made me wonder if they forgot to add enough or just didnt know the ratio to add to a full meal! I barely tasted any. Gheymeh didnt have any fried or chips in it which is a MUST I wont comment on the presentation as it just got delivered wrong I suggest they put their Tahdig in a separate container with holes on the too so the steam doesnt ruin the crispness and please dont dump the stew on it yourself. This is an experience for the customer to enjoy. I will try again and willing to change my review if they step up and correct their mistake. They started good and I liked their quality so hoping...

I can't get over how Awful the customer service is. Miserable on the phone and in person and took down the wrong order. Horrible EXPERIENCE! Honestly!
Food was good but TERRIBLE Customer Service! Can your customer service get any more miserable?.
I recently placed an order for two Royal chicken leg kebabs for pickup. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that the order only included plain chicken legs, despite my explicit request for the "Royal kebob" during the phone conversations. Additionally, there were instances during our phone interaction where I felt interrupted, which may have contributed to the order discrepancy.
I would like to emphasize that my feedback comes from a place of disappointment rather than criticism. It's disheartening when expectations are not met, especially after clear communication.

This is our second time ordering from this restaurant. And I would say that the meat quality and taste of their Koobideh and Jujeh were spot on! the hmmmmmmm... factor is there. and I love that oil they give instead of the regular butter đ I love that!
we weren't so impressed with the Gheyme the first time we ordered it, ( it's just not flavoured enough, missing a little sweetness to it and that lemony soury flavour from the dried lemons wasn't there. )
over all , we are very happy with the food. and the customer service people were okay, a little smile and warmth would really help...
   Read moreGetting worse day by day. Reception attitude is the WORST! They are not welcoming at all, specifically the girl I had to deal with a few nights ago! She was extremely rude, unprofessional. The kabob I ordered was PINK! She kept insisting that this is how we serve it to everyone which is totally irrelevant. She has the mentality of feudal lord and doesnât know the first thing about how to treat a customer! She has to learn that she cannot FORCE people to eat whatever she serves! If the customer cannot eat the raw meat, the blame is on the restaurant to serve an inedible food not the customer! The basic rule of thumb in restaurant business is to either take back the food and remake it OR refund the money. We asked for refund since she was saying the kabob meat would be PINK no matter what. However she kept saying she cannot refund! At the end she called her manager and returned the money but even that interaction was awkward because first she gave back twice as much and we said, this is more than what we paid. Then she found some cash and The quality of the food and customer service has decreased exponentiallyâŚshe was even arguing with her coworker who was trying to tell her to STOP arguing!
