Today, I got very offended by the people who work in this store. I was their customer for many many years and today after my $49 purchase in super khorak, I went there to purchase the rest of my need. For the first time, they came to me and got my bag to hold (extreme rudness). When you finish your purchase here, we give you your bag. I did not say anything, but while I was waiting for my meal to be ready, I thought it will be the last time I put my feet here. I have never experienced this much rudness from any store. When I gave them my feedback, they told me the Canadian stores do the same which is dazzling lie. They say to bring excuse for their terrible attitude. It is in the policy of any store that no customer should be offended. I wish for all the human being including Iranian to be in this level of self respect not to put their feet in this kind of stores to insult the customer such an ugly way. Never ever normalize this much insult from the people who don’t know the price of customer. I think if a guest goes to their home, they do the same. It was one of the ugliest behaviours I experienced in my life, but they treated me as they were able, not I deserve. I just can control my reaction and next step, but not ugly mind and behaviour of other people.
None of the Canadian stores have bag policy. I always go for whole shopping in different stores, because of lack of time, nobody acts like that. A few months ago, I bought chicken from the North York branch and as soon as I brought it home, it was completely rotten and had turned white and smelled very bad. When I called the store, they told me that they would refund my money, which could have led to food poisoning, and they only refunded my money. I have been buying the same brand from Walmart for years and this has never happened to me before.
