I am glad my first experience with Papa John's was at this specific location. I went with my little brother to pickup some food for us and the rest of our family. The two employees we talked to were friendly and welcoming, from the moment we stepped into the store, creating the most ideal customer service atmosphere possible. Our grandmother cannot eat certain foods, so they were extremely helpful and accommodating when recommending us specific menu items that she would be able to eat. Other than the mouth-watering pizzas we ordered, they gave us short but informative look at their promotions, and made some superb recommendations. The Philly Cheesesteak Papadia was delicious and the surprisingly the flavors blended so well, I would like to try more items like this from the menu, in the future. The Garlic Knots were what Little Caesar's crazy bread SHOULD have tasted like, and blew my mind at how amazing they were. I was told the Cinnamon Pull Aparts would rival that of even Cinnabon, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was indeed true. The problem I usually have with Cinnabon is that I don't want to eat too much and one portion is massive there. These little Cinnamon Pull Aparts taste great and are perfect for just having a few and sharing with friends and family. Overall, I hope more people try Papa John's and experience the same level of satisfaction I did. I would highly recommend this store because of the staff, because they clearly know the menu and understand what their customer's would want. Will definitely be...
Read moreI bought a large pizza Friday August 16th and I noticed when I walked into this papa johns location on Ellesmere, it didn’t smell like pizza. It smelled like cleaning liquids. It smelled like the pizza place had been cleaned with cleaning liquids prior to opening the store. I will not be returning to this papa johns location.

Have you ever lost your appetite after walking into a pizza place and the place smells like cleaning liquid/toilet plumbing smell?!
I completely lost my appetite due to your squeaky clean liquid your cleaning staff uses. It did not even smell like pizza… it smells like cleaning liquid detergent… how can I have the appetite to eat after smelling this?!
Myself and anyone else DO NOT deserve to smell cleaning products when walking in hungry and losing appetite due to a hazardous smell. Your cleaning staff must be using way too much cleaning liquid which causes the smell to linger in the air even after the daily night cleaning.
I’m sure you don’t come into the store to order and buy pizza to settle your hunger. So you don’t know how it feels like and that’s fine.
One star review for allowing hazardous cleaning liquid smell to stay in a food establishment.
I will report to city of Toronto...
Read moreEdit: I have ordered for at least 7-8 times from this store and never had any complaint. Initially I gave this place 5 stars but when An incident happened to me with the staff. I am editing this. I ordered 2 pizzas from this store and told them to be well done. It was not well done at all but I would say It was uncooked. I found cubes of cheeses in it which were supposed to be melted. Upon drawing their attention, they ignored that and said it was supposed to be like that.
From where they got this training to have cubes of cheese in crust Pizza.?
One more thing We let go was cut. I told them to do square cut and they gave me a normal cut. Upon calling the manager, he started directely blaming me that it was an online order... you might have made some mistakes.. I was like at least listen to me and even check order before blaming and after noticing we were right he said that they had a new trainee and things might have happened. Now, What should I say.
In the end, I decided not to order from this Papa...
