Here is an HONEST review from someone who has dined here more than once.

The food is mehhhh.. consistent. You know what you're going to get and what to expect every time. Unless, they somehow give you the completely wrong order and then act as it that’s impossible because they “check all the orders before we send them out” and their machines “don’t keep history of orders” to rectify the mistake although you have a receipt and photos to support your claim. So check your order before you leave. The food is not bad or great, but I wish they had personal meal options and not just a lunch special menu Mon-Fri. They have good pepper sauce as well.

Drinks and entertainment are mid. They aren’t mixologists or anything, so don’t expect anything fancy. Cheap beer & bar rail options. They have a few rotating live DJs; mainly older vibes dancehall, reggae, r&b etc. There’s a $2 pool table and they have karaoke nights that bring out regulars but it never gets too packed. Normal bar activities. Great place to watch games though, they have a few TVs and a projector. Ample seating.

The customer service is sad; the front end staff at the bar have an attitude at all times and it’s not even a Jamaican restaurant?? Unless you’re a man, that’s tipping and buying them drinks. Although one looks pregnant :S Kitchen staff/waiters are polite. Anthony, the manager has poor customer service skills to make matters worse; if they make a mistake on your order the staff will say they can’t fix it and they will tell you to contact him but he just won’t reply, so don’t waste your time. The customer isn’t right at this establishment and they will gaslight you.

They have disappointed me a few times but like I said, they’re consistent, so I go less frequently. I will not be tipping going forward because ppl have forgotten tips are earned and not a requirement; if I do, it’s going to be directly to the...

I have been here few times but the waitress is very rude . She has her people that she treats better . She refused to take my order of a ceasar because one time I was there with my friends and we ordered 4 Ceasars and it was watered down and we told her and she was so mad about it.. glass was full of ice and it tasted so watered down .I refused to pay for it. Next time I went and ordered she refused to take my order and she said the owner told her not to take my order of Ceasars because I complained once . My service was so poor . I was on my lunch break so I asked for my bill. She continued taking shots with a table full of men even drinking from the glass of the men . I asked the Indian guy again for my bill. He went up and told her and she cussed out loud I could hear her .I have seen this same attitude from her with others also. I wanted to say something but I was wearing my uniform and didn't want to cause a scene. I love the food and atmosphere is good but she needs to change her attitude and the way she treats her customers . Her service is very very por .. A friend of mine told me about their lunch specials and I had to give it a try. I had never eaten here before, and I’m SO glad now that I’ve discovered it! My husband and I ordered the chilli chicken lunch special and upgraded to veggie fried rice. We called ahead to place our order. The lady on the phone was friendly and efficient in taking my order. When we arrived to the restaurant, the place was set up to come in easily access. It looked like they were running things very smoothly for pick up orders. Lots of space to wait for your order while social distancing. There was no problem when we asked for extra napkins and an extra plastic bag. Very friendly and respectful customer service. When we received our food, we could smell it from inside the bag — I was very excited to try it. The fried rice had a great taste, and It was fresh and steaming hot. The chilli chicken also had great taste, with the right amount of pepper for me. The portion was excellent, no complaints there. I love extra sauce/gravy and they were very generous with that as well! Overall we had a 5 star experience. We were very impressed with the value of the lunch special and the quality of the food.
