I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent order experience.

I placed an order at 12:50 AM, just 10 minutes before the store was scheduled to close at 1:00 AM. The order was accepted without any issue. However, at 12:55 AM, I received a call from the store informing me that my order had been canceled because the store was already closed.

I fail to understand how it's possible to cancel an order just minutes after it was accepted, especially when the store was still supposed to be open. When I mentioned that my order had already been accepted, the person at the store simply told me to call customer service.

To make things worse, the employee I initially spoke with sounded half-asleep and uninterested, which felt very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with Pizza Pizza—on a previous occasion, my order was placed at the wrong store, causing unnecessary confusion and delays.

I’m very disappointed with how these situations have been handled. My time was wasted, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope my complaint will be formally acknowledged and that steps will be taken to improve...

I recently visited Pizza Pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of their vegetarian options. As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find restaurants that have more than just a basic cheese pizza, but Pizza Pizza had a range of delicious vegetarian options to choose from.

I tried the Veggie Deluxe pizza and was impressed by the freshness and quality of the toppings. The crust was also perfectly crispy and the sauce had a great balance of flavors. In addition to the pizza, I also ordered the garlic bread, which was delicious and came with a generous amount of garlic butter.

The prices at Pizza Pizza are also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. While the service was efficient and the food arrived hot and fresh, the only reason I'm giving Pizza Pizza a 4-star review instead of 5 is because the customer service could have been a bit friendlier and more welcoming.

Last night around 1:20 i ordered 20 wings and went to pick it up around 1:30 from this location... first of all i waited behind the door for a couple minutes knocking the door, trying to get thier attention and the person working kept ignoring me... when infact the store closes at 2:00am. It was close at 1:30. He opened & literally threw my wings box on the counter asking me to give the money quickly and get out i am tired. He throw my changes back at me. When i said back to him u cant talk to me like that he almost pushed me through the door. When i said i will complain he kept coming at me saying "get out, u r stupid, go complain, do whatever u want, i am the manager, my name is Sunny". It was a guy with long hair, tattoo on his neck. I was in a shock seeing this kind of customer service... i love pizza pizza but with such employees its making me think twice to even order...
