First impression is its clean and feels authentic. Since we went on a sunday where another famous japanese sushi place happens to be closed on sundays. Very smart for Roll N Bowl to be open bcuz its a weekend and that is customers are looking for thr most. We also had the convinced to be the only cuatomer there at 3pm, which is fine so we didnt have to wait in line as there are limited seats. The sercive was good and understanding of our orders👍. The menu is plenty to choose from japanese and some Korean dishes but i thought there would be equal, maybe some korean bbq would be great. Also, beverages need more options. I wished i tried the cold sake however😞. That will be next time😋...the food we ordered was actually great not in quantity but in quality. The sushi wrapped in rice was thin and the inside has a well amount in it than most places with too much rice and not enough. That is the most import for a sushi place to have the most in any food because rice is too filling and it can overpower the taste and takes it away from the experience. My favorite as most restuarant american or asain places if they have is calamari. Im very picky when it comes to calamari and how it is served and cooked. And its very good in my book. Not many places ive been to has such taste and texture as good as this place and i do recommend to have with the spicy sauce. I want to say more but this is the first time ive been to and would definitely come back for more for a different dish and still have calamari as appetizers😋👍😁.

Vegetarian-friendly! Bright, clean, & comfy. Authentic Japanese food (I didn't order Korean here yet). Free congee appetizer (I think it's Korean). Japanese-owned (they speak Japanese!) The mochi ice cream dessert was nicely cut for sharing & nicely decorated (plus the mochi layer was super thin). Oh, I have so many things to complement this restaurant about! I really enjoyed this experience before the Toronto city-wide restaurant lockdown. From the moment I entered to the point I left, the staff were friendly and happy. The decorations in this restaurant are nice and traditionally Japanese. The furniture is super clean. The food looks like it was prepared with love (they cut a heart-shapes carrot for us on the noodle dish). There are also other menu items here that I hadn't seen in other regular sushi restaurants. The price was just right (about $7-12 per dish) and the mochi was about $4.50 for 3 pieces. Furthermore, I'm not a vegetarian, but my friend is (actually, pescatarian), and she recommended me this place. Thank goodness she did--now I know another place that serves delicious food with no meat! I'll definitely be back!

So me and my boyfriend decided to go out to get sushi, for date night. myself who doesn’t eat much fish or much sushi I can be really picky! We chose this restaurant roll n bowl because a friend told us about it, it a little out of the way but we decided why not? Once we arrived we were welcomed so nicely and we were seated right away. We were served by the manager who was also training a new server that was very helpful and polite. We ordered more then one dish and the food is surprisingly filling even after one dish we had to take our other dishes home. Also the service was fast and the presentation was neat and clean and made so good. It was a clean restaurant not like mostly places in Toronto and the staff was so nice and prices was reasonable better then downtown to be honest, the have great deal which one of them I got was 10% off your bill when pay in cash! Thank you Roll N Bowl for the great service and food. Also to the manager Marc and the new sever Benjamin for the excellent service, also to the chef who made the amazing dish thank you it was perfect. We are definitely coming back!

I have delivered from this place now 4 times. The first time I ordered from them (through just eat) it was a pleasant transaction and the food was good. The second time I ordered the owner of company delivered my order and stated that instead of ordering through (just eat) order through them directly and I will get a 15% discount. The 3rd time I ordered ( literally 4 days after my 2nd order) I did so directly through them and ASKED if the 15% was still available for me to take advantage of. The order taker said yes and I was quoted $24 and some change. When my order got delivered by the owner he tried to swindle me , by stating that I owed $30. I told him that is not what I was quoted and he could take the food back since he still had the order in his hands. He said at that point he take the $24 and apologized and told me that the 15% is no longer available and he will take to the order taker. Now 6 days later I order through (just eat) so I would not have a money issue like the last time. About an hour after I placed order I called to check on it. The order taker was really unprofessional and rude. Telling me that I live too far and next time I can not order from them. I stated that i live 10 mins away they better deliver the food I already paid for. 5 mins later the boss delivers my food. I told him of the issue and he it didn't seem to bother him. I told him I would be leaving reviews of their horrible service. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT IS ....THEY WILL TRY...
