At first, looking up from the outside window, you wouldn’t expect this wonderful little gem hiding up the stairs. We decided to go with the great reviews and make our way upstairs, i was nervous at first because we went to another hookah lounge the night before and we expected this one to be the same. To our surprise it wasn’t! it was much more cleaner less smoky and well lit. a nicer vibe. We were greeted by this wonderful Woman named Jasmine. Friendly and inviting from the beginning, she gave us the option to sit wherever we please. The sofas were really nice, comfortable and clean. She began taking taking our order and we noticed how patient and calm she was. usually hookah lounge staff are in a rush and take the order like they don’t care. she even offered suggestions and asked us our likes and dislikes. you would almost think she owned the place! after we selected our hookahs, we were asked for drink selections and to my amazement, they had a drink called sahlab. it’s rare to find a drink like this anywhere in the U.S and canada. quite frankly MOST places you go you won’t find this special tasty treat. i ordered it along with water and she read my mind. she told me if i don’t like it i can return it. she also brought a cup of ice as if she knew i love ice water. most places just hand you a lukewarm bottle and expect you to drink it. i already gave it 5 stars in my head but i said let’s not make a final decision until we try the hookahs. Amazing flavor, clean brand new hoses, they give you extra coal and give you the option to choose from instant light and the tradition coal. that was a big plus. i ordered a pineapple head and my cousin ordered a orange head they both were superb. even the nostalgic music was awesome. they also played middle eastern music! it’s a nice break from all the rap other hookah places play. it’s called a lounge for a reason people! Jasmine kept checking on us regularly. The drinks were great and if you have a chance, order the Sahlab. We will definitely be back tomorrow and anytime i’m in toronto i will make it a habit to stop by our new favorite hookah lounge! i don’t even want to see the others. i’m perfectly content with this one! one more thing, i don’t know the other names of the staff members but they were all wonderful and very friendly.

Read moreThis is a good hangout place and we go there frequently but it's getting very expensive to go there. On weekends they're now charging 10 dollars cover per person. If you spend even 25 dollars on hookah(cheapest is 20), you're out 35 dollars already. Add to it about 20-30 more for food and drinks and you're out 60-65 dollars. PER PERSON!!! The interiors are very basic, the floor plan is very congested. The music is good, crowd is happy and pleasant. On weekends they have a belly dancer for an hour or so, that's a good touch too. But all this for 60-70 dollars per person is not worth it. The food and drinks are average at best if not worse. We have visited on weekdays too but it's not so happening on weekdays and they will still force you to buy something per person. While I appreciate businesses trying to stay profitable, there should be something to defend their customer facing decisions. For 70 bucks a person, I can go fine dine at a classy restaurant with good ambience. Or can pay 20 cover in a nightclub and use the remaining 50 to buy drinks and enjoy a night out in the city. Pasha is a good place but not worth the big expenses that come with it. I hope they do something about it so we can keep visiting or else we will need to stop if it only keeps getting worse. Here's a general breakdown for a 2 person visit: 10+10 - cover 25 - hookah 20 - drinks 25-30 for food +13 % tax Total -...
Read moreJust a horrible experience My group of four friends went in on a weekend night where we were greeted and asked to be a $10 cover charge now. For everyone in this world cover charge means that that is the cost we pay for anything we buy and we have to spend at least $10 per person. We sat down and we received our shisha which was a premium flavour. Shisha smoked really bad and it the tasted stale and it tasted like no one had cleaned it in weeks. We had also ordered an ice pipe, which we had paid an additional amount of money, for we were promptly told that there was no ice pipes available which were frozen so they just kept giving those pipes a normal temperature which defeats the full purpose of the ice pipe. Next we got to the bill because we were having a horrible experience because the Shisha was really bad and not we also have proper access to an ice pipe and it was just overall negative experience when it comes to getting the bill be received the bill and it turns out that we had been over charge for at least five items on top of that we were told that the cover charge it’s just an entry fees and as we had left in just 30 minutes because of our bad experience, we would still be liable to pay that entry fees. Horrible experience, would avoid at all costs! They will try to scam you by telling...
