I had a terrible experience here while picking up a large Uber Eats order (around $100) at 11:45 AM on July 15. The order was already prepared and just needed to be packed, but the staff member chose to ignore it and started cooking for a walk-in customer instead. When I politely asked him to pack the waiting order, he rudely said: “We don’t care about Uber Eats orders. Walk-ins are first priority. You can cancel it if you don’t like it.”

Not only was his attitude disrespectful to me as a delivery driver, but the work environment was also very poor. AC wasn’t working, both doors were open to cool the place down, and flies were everywhere—around the food too.

I’ve done thousands of deliveries, and this was one of the worst experiences. If Uber Eats orders aren’t a priority, then they shouldn’t accept...

Delighted to see ‘impossible poutine’ on the menu. I can be a veggie and get the flavour of philthy philly’s! The order taker seemed confused. Looked at the menu. Said, oh the gravy will take a while to make because it’s vegetarian. I said ‘I can wait.’ He looked back and forth to cook. So I said ‘I can have the usual gravy, it’s fine.’ An unsure nod.. They talked back and forth a bit and then said ‘we don’t have the veggie burgers.’ So I gave up. Had a regular poutine.

Please do better. If you offer veggie stuff, actually provide it. You’re lucky I was hungry and like the regular poutine or I would have left.

Ordered a Caesar salad. Paid nearly 15$ for it. They didn't put any dressing on it. There was no option for my dressing, I assumed because I ordered a Caesar salad it would automatically have the dressing on it. The salad is way over priced for what it is. Called the restaurant and they told me it was my fault because I didn't select a dressing option. However when I looked again, there indeed was no option to select the ceasar salad dressing FOR MY CEASAR SALAD. They refused to do anything for me. I will not be ordering from there again simply because of the customer service I received. Im visiting Toronto for work and I'm staying at a hotel right by the airport. I cannot simply go out and get dressing. I'm very disappointed and hungry.
