Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered delivery from them today. Yes, I made a mistake and entered one digit of my phone number incorrectly. I ordered the food at 145 and it was supposed to be delivered at 230. At 235 I looked at the confirmation email and realized my mistake. Apparently the driver came to my apartment and buzzed my intercom. When I told them thats impossible as I was sitting with my phone next to me and it never rang, they said "oh someone let him in". They apparently "Banged" on my door and there was no answer so he left and delivery if I wanted it would now take an additional hour and a half and if I didnt want to wait that long, i could just cancel. Of course I did. I realize I made a mistake with my information but I was at home and I was pretty hungry and particularly craving Pizza Hut. Needless to say, I will NEVER eat at this restaurant or use their...

I’d I could give no stars I would. The only plus was the reasonable delivery time. Spent $70 dollars to only eat onion rings, the only thing that was edible. The pepperoni pizza was burnt, despise the way it looked we all took one bite and instantly spit it out. The Hawaiian pizza was just as bad.. not to mention paid extra for stuffed crust and it was a hunk of unmelted cheese. Got the cheesy pull apart bread it was also burnt, and tasted like soap for some odd reason. We had called the store to address our concerns. We were told that no refund would be issued, and that if we feel like it we can call back tomorrow when the head manger is in to talk about a refund.. overall very unsatisfied. Pizza Hut is hands down my favourite pizza spot, nothing compares to the taste, consistency, and quality they deliver every time. I had an amazing experience recently that made me appreciate them even more.

Aman went above and beyond for me. I called right at closing time, and instead of rushing me off the phone, he answered with so much kindness and patience. He made sure my order was taken care of, even though most places would’ve just said they were closed. That kind of customer service is rare, and it shows how much he cares about the customers.

Not only is the pizza always delicious, fresh, hot, and exactly the way I like it but the service makes the experience even better. Big thanks to Aman and the Pizza Hut team for making sure I always leave happy...
