Never going back and I recommend others not to go. This location lost my business. I recently came on June 22, 2020 11:59pm, ordered a pizza for pickup, so I walked to store before it closed at 12:00am. While walking I called the store to make sure they don't close up cause I am on my way in 8-10mins. The customer service lady told me my order did not go through online, which is strange cause I got a confirmation that my order was placed. So I finally reached the store before close 11:59am, the bald head man at front cashier had two pizza's ready for me. One is the first one I made online from home 2nd was customer service pizza that was made cause they told me my online order at home did not go through. So the bald head man at front desk got mad at me for something that's not my fault. I told him I understand your frustration but don't take it out on customer. Customer service lady told me my online order did not go through so they placed a 2nd order of same pizza. So the bald head man proceeds to charge me for 2 orders. But he ended up giving me one pizza and started cursing me out while closing up shop. Never going back worst pizza nova location I visited so far. He even tried price gauging me higher price than store price. That man need to learn better customer service and not get angry when its not customers fault. New cashier? Uncertain. I'm sorry to say she didn't know what she was doing. I ordered 1 Coke. 1 Fanta. 2 sprite. 2 root beer. 6 total. She grabbed 1 Coke. 3 sprite. 2 root beer. I asked about the missing Fanta. She said no Fanta was ordered. I indicated "orange" on the invoice is Fanta. That's what I picked on the website. She then pointed to the root beer and said it's here. She didn't know the brands and incorrectly identified them. That's okay. I attempted to help and said orange is Fanta and that she gave me too many Sprite. She appeared to get more confused, took one of the root beer and tried to put it back. I said, no, I had 2 root beer it was correct and only needed to swap the extra sprite for a Fanta. She literally just froze and stood there, not knowing what to do. She then had to wait for more experienced staff to look at the order and get the correct drinks. Again, this was 6 drinks in total. But the reason I give only 4 stars out of 5 is because is lately the service has been a bit annoying. There will be 5 people behind the counter all doing or pretending to do something when I go into pick up my order. As there is a clear hierarchy in the staff and what their job entails the other 4 workers will continually go on working and pretending like they dont see the (several) customers standing there waiting to be served. This has happened the last 4 or 5 times I have been there. I have personally been in the food industry for over 16 years and understand that every employee should be helping to serve or at least tell the person who is supposed to serve that customers are waiting.
