Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Wish I could leave zero stars ordered a party size a week ago it seemed like they cooked my pizza well some and put extra cheese on it I could see the mozzarella on the pizza the same way you’d see it shredded in the fridge but somehow had blistered cheese under clear indication they added it after when I complained to customer service and they sent a replacement the driver inspected the pizza and didn’t want to give me the new one proceeded to put my pizza on the hallway carpet and call cs they tell him ye give him the replacement he then calls the store with a snarky little grin and started speaking another language they tell him the same thing if he had any sort of say so or authority he wouldn’t be delivering the god damn pizza do your job which is bringing it to me and don’t assume you have the right to make me wait 10 minutes at my door never ordering from this location or maybe pizza pizza in general it really bland it’s only my go to when pizza novas waiting time is to long 50 bucks...

So i went to this store and asked the guy if they have special offer. He said they don’t have. We only have the regular prices. I asked him hm the L and M size and he said M is $14 incl tax and L is around $20. And he didnt tell me any special offer. So i just ordered pizza. But then after i paid my order i told him that i called awhile ago and told me you pizza pizza have this special L with 3 drinks for $20 incl. tax. Thats when he said yeah we have that. And i asked him with 3 drinks? And he said yes! So i was like, so why didnt you tell me that L $20 have drinks? You just told me that $20 is only for L pizza. So sketchy.. sometimes they are just lazy to do their job about telling their specials. Why dont they just quit to their job. Thats the cashier on the picture. Beware of fake 5 stars reviews) They try to hide the truth about this location. This place has terrible cleanliness. They handle money and even raw frozen chicken wings before getting my fries. They made the box with dirty hands touching the insides of box. They even put fries in box and touched the fries. Potential for contamination. This was not first time with questionable cleanliness. I have witnessed them cleaning and then handling other peoples food. You need to send a secret shopper to see for yourself. Very poor cleanliness and I will not go back to this very dirty location.
