Horrific customer service!! I placed an order and asked what my options were. The person behind the cash vaguely explained. I had to explain to him what I was trying to get because he didn't not know the menu. I ask for a Calzone and he was trying to place an order for something else. As he was placing the order I mentioned that his screen listing the order wasn't working. He then charged me and the price was higher than I expected. I asked to amend my order, he said he couldn't and I should just take what I ordered. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do it because he was new and didn't know how to work the cash register. I repeatedly asked him to get someone who can refund me and he said he wasn't there. I asked him to call the person. The manager for the night then came in to try to handle the situation but then started to argue with me when I politely asked him to fix the already placed order or provide me with a refund. He tried to explain that the employee that took my order was new. I said I realized that but if he is going to work at the cash especially when the manager was away, that he needs to know how to take an order, amend an order and as well provide refunds. The manager was continuously belligerent with me then gave me my cash and told me to get out! while I was clarifying the situation to him! Poor management, customer service and poor etiquette. I ordered through Uber from this location. First issue, I ordered the half moon cheesy bread and I received the completely different and incorrect item of their regular garlic bread. After opening the box, and eating a slice, it tasted funny and I flipped over the bread and noticed blue mold all over the bread. Every slice. Not only was it not what I ordered, but after trying not to make a fuss and eating it anyway, as I thought it was fine, it was literally moldy!!! This is unacceptable. Even worse, I called the number listed which is of course just the general pizza pizza line, and the women proceeded to tell me that they can’t and won’t do anything about it, there’s no direct number to the store to inform them of this safety issue and mistake, and if I want them to know “then I can walk there and go tell them then”.
