Lucky Dice Restauran and Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

Even breakfast is bad now. We used to love this place - great food and service...but lately, I have been there twice in a week and the heat is on so high you can barely breathe, there is a strange woman customer who is always there and is very creepy and comes to your table to try to take your dishes away...she doesn't work there....she just hangs around....and she walks back and forth to the washroom where she smokes...it is gross. I have mentioned it before to one of the waitresses who does work there and she told me that this woman is 'her friend' I don't want anyone who doesn't work there coming to my table and taking away my dishes...she certainly doesn't have 'Smart Serve'... Went there today...eggs were undercooked, toast was barely toasted, sausages were not well done (like I asked) the tomatoes were almost white....it's summer - tomatoes should be their best now....We have decided that this place has continually gotten worse and worse. When my partner and I ordered the waitress that served us, didn't even know half of the menu and couldn't even tell us their choices of condiments. (plus she admitted that she's been working there for 3yrs.) Next when our order came, I ordered a cheese burger with fries and a salad and my partner ordered the "Hot" chicken sandwich with fries. What he got was a cold rubbery chicken breast made hot by an unbelievably salty gravy, he also got mashed potatoes instead of fries. Out of curiosity we stopped to get some Wings they were hot and fresh and we ask to take them to go. The Server gave us even 1 wing each to try right after it came out and it was delicious! Speaking to her was awesome she had lots of customers and our table was kept clean while we ordered drinks and waited for our fresh wings to be made.
