I have ordered from this place multiple times. Their food is good. But beware they leave out ingredients as per what their website says. Tonight I ordered pad woon sen. The Internet description on their menu when you choose Pick up that includes carrots, ear, mushrooms, mushrooms, broccoli beans, Onion and red pepper. I drove 15 minutes to pick up my order excited to eat it when I got home when I noticed half of the vegetables in my dish were missing. I called the restaurant and they offered me a discount on my next order. I was absolutely revolted there several times. This is the first time this has happened, but today is the first time that I took action. That’s absolutely unacceptable. If you do not have ingredients for me to let the customer know, however that was not the case so when I called to complain, they offered me a discount and I said no that I wanted my meal redone. I’m literally just opening up my takeout container. I’m so mad that I didn’t look at it at the restaurant once again. There are no beans or red pepper in the dish. Absolutely unacceptable. If you’re not gonna put the ingredients in the dish either your website or decrease the price. First picture is my new order and the second picture is the old order and the third picture is what their website advertises. Cannot believe that they still gave it to me incorrect the second time. I feel like eating out as a luxury these days and it’s very disappointing and stuff like that happens and not only disappointing, but I had to drive there twice. Most restaurants with good customer service would’ve comped your meal, but next time you come in Or at least offer to give you your money back on this place. Be aware and check your order Whether you’re dining in or taking out.

We came here on November 19th, 2022 at night. We crave for Pad Thai and honestly most pad Thai in GTA are not good. This place did not disappoint us! Good authentic taste. The Good: Pad Thai is not too saucey. I can taste High heat wok flavor. Not too sweet. It tastes authentic to me. It definitely doesn’t have that ketchup flavor. Thai basil fried rice. Good basil flavor. Fried rice is actually hard to do well at home. I can taste the wok flavor. Pad See Ew. Very good rice noodle. Highly recommend. They gave us chili powder if we want more spicy. Oh my. Be careful with the amount you put! It can be too spicy. The Not So Good Their Thai milk iced tea is way too sweet. Maybe ask them to go light on sugar. Calamari. It actually has good taste but for $16.95 you could order another main dish. Just too pricey IMO. I will definitely go back to try other dishes. They are authentic Thai workers and chef. Note: very small restaurant. Make sure you make reservation. PS: came here again on July 13, 2024. Very good service. I ordered chicken/shrimp Curry noodle called Khon Soi or something. It’s very yummy but they forgot to put shrimp. I wasn’t really expecting them to give me shrimp as they already put quite a bit shrimp. They gave me two big shrimp. Thanks ! Their stir fry noodle is one of the Best. Try their home made rice noodle. Very tasty. Their steam rice is the most premium I have seen. It’s a mixture of jasmine rice and berry apparently. Very soft!

Legit Thai owned & operated restaurant with super charming staff! Beautiful decor above & on the walls, this intimate restaurant has limited seating but they do take reservations. The (standing noodles) Khao Soi Curry - with shrimp #37 dish was outstandingly fun to see & the mix of soft & crispy noodles plus Penang-esque curry had a nice kick to it (even tho it was in the mild category). One staff person revealed this was their grandmother's personal recipe! Our group also ordered: calamari, tom yum soup, Chef's Specials #35 Pad Kraphow Khai Dao (chicken) & 36 - Eggplant, 33 Peneng Curry (chicken/shrimp) + coconut rice As we've been to several Thai places, we can vouch this is legit and you won't be disappointed on the quality and taste. For those that need extra mild dishes - both the Chef's Specials dishes meet this level and were super delish with the flavour of the main ingredients coming thru without being overpowered with sauce. Even the rice that came with #35 was a higher quality / tastier mix of wild rice vs a plain white grain version. We promise to be back! Thanks again to the lovely staff for all the food details and for the fun conversation! ( find me on Instagram via @aida.loves )

The food is good. I ordered chicken pad Thai and a Thai iced tea (milk) (regular). The tea is too creamy for my taste. It's on the pricey side ($7-8) but portion is good. The pad Thai is delicious, different from other Thai places. I can taste they grilled their chicken pieces, to give a smoky flavour. The meat is flavourful. The pad Thai sauce they use - fish sauce n tamarind is just right. I also taste some sweet chili sauce or chili paste to cook stir fried it. Not many places list fish sauce as the ingredient in making pad Thai. I enjoyed the pad Thai. Price wise it was ok but the bill in the end was not proper. I got charged $23.99 for the pad Thai but the menu said $19.99 n no indicator in the menu say protein cost extra. They are not transparent on the price. Their website says +$1 for chk but I got charged $4. I question the staff about my bill is not correct but he said it's the same price as chk pad Thai (bill was khoa soi). So I paid for it with 10% off if paid by cash which I did. Still I was rip $4 something. My discount should be higher because I ordered a drink (Thai iced tea) but got $2.40...should be $2.80 off. Besides the bill drawback, which is not good at all, i got really slow service. I waited over 25 maybe 30 min for my pad Thai due to mix up customers order. My server did not put my order in n I got Khao soi which I said "no I ordered pad Thai). I see other customers got wrong order too. This is probably the longest wait for Thai food. My server did apologize which is standard too if mishap in the order placing m kitchen staff. It be better if my drink is on the house or automatic 10-20% off the bill. I didn't go I'm a busy time it was Sat around 3pm. So in short, billing was not transparent (got overcharged which was too late on my part) and slow / bad service. The good part is the food is good but not so the drink. I find their prices mainly the appetizers and desserts too pricey, crazy pricey but I don't know the portion size though. The menu variety is pretty standard - not too little choice to pick for mains or too much choices. The decor is nice, decent. It's a small restaurant though. It's a pretty busy one too, just I went in odd time for late lunch. The getting into the washroom is another not so good critique due to limited tight space because of a table n chair for the customer seating in the way. Nevertheless of my review , this place has very good reviews, avg 4.7/4.8. for me it's 3/3.5 at most due to 2/3 not good rating (service n billing issue n prices). Food is...

I’ve visited this restaurant quite a few times and absolutely loved the food! I had always brought my friends and family to this place as it was my favourite Thai spot in the GTA. However, I hate to admit that the service tonight was extremely disappointing. We came here on a Tuesday evening. As soon as we walked in, we didn’t feel welcomed. The table we sat at didn’t have plates, cutlery, and a menu set up and our server was busy chatting with another table, so we had to grab plates, cutlery, and a menu from another table. The server was still chatting with the other table and 10 minutes had past without her acknowledging us so, I decided to get up and kindly ask her if we could place our order and she said she would come to our table. I went back to our table and instead of her coming to take our order, she continued chatting with the other table and was watching videos on their cellphone. I was quite confused as to why she was ignoring us. My partner and I sat there waiting and watched her mingle with the other table for another few minutes until I finally asked her if we could place our order. She eventually came towards our table and took our order with no apology. The other couple even told the server that she should take a moment to go and serve us because they noticed we were just sitting there waiting for someone to help us. 15 minutes sitting down without our order being taken because the server was watching videos and chatting with one other table. I still tipped because I want to continue supporting this business and love their food but the server tonight really lowered our expectations on coming back on a week day, at least. If you are still thinking on coming here, I would recommend coming on a weekend when Olwen, the other server, is working. My experience with them has always been...
