I recently stopped by the Popeyes at Rylander Blvd in Scarborough, and I must say the entire visit was elevated by the exceptional service from their manager, Dhruvi. From the very instant I stepped inside, Dhruvi greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Her positive energy was evident, and she maintained it effortlessly throughout my order.

What impressed me most was her meticulous attention to every detail. She didn’t just take my order — she personally oversaw that each item was prepared exactly to the highest quality. Her interaction felt personal, as though she truly cared about my satisfaction, not just completing a transaction. This level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism.

Dhruvi’s leadership is clearly reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant. The team seemed motivated and coordinated under her guidance. She set the tone by being hands-on, approachable, and attentive to both guests and staff.

Foods always good and fresh ( old review with old management) I had to edit this review. I had previously rated thrm 5 stars in all categories but this new staff is just not pleasent. New staff is rude, inconsistent, unapologetic. I had a bad experience the previous few times I have gone with this new team. They gave me a 3 piece with not one full piece of chicken. I was a wing a rib and litterally a broken piece of chicken from I don't k ow what part of the body. We staff was made aware they looked ag me with a blank stare. Not a single word was replied. They threw the ketchup on the counter cause they didn't like my complaint about m previous experience. Didn't ask me what kind of sauce I wanted but asked every single customer in the 9 minutes I waited for mild chicken. I said thenk Ou have a great day and again not a single word of replied. Quite location hardly busy but yet you have to wait forever. Today I placed an order and basically asked the cashier who was apparently the manger Noor”Has no customer service what so ever. I had made a request to get fresh fries she didn’t respond i than asked for fresh batch of biscuits off course no respond she looked miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. I had asked for honey for my biscuits she said we don’t have any honey, I than asked if she can offer the hot mayo for the fries I order she refused and said we r not allowed to sell that.But if I had order a fish sandwich she would have only given it to me than.
