If there is Zero I would rate this location at the lowest score on customer service. I was here last night to pick up an order. I was there last night Oct 8 Wednesday 1150pm to pick up an order. I am pregnant and I needed to pee so badly. I asked the guy can I use your washroom he said it is not working. When I checked they had 2 washroom so I said both wash room are not working or you just don’t let me use because it’s almost closing? He said no it’s not working. He lied. 2 washroom broken? He mentioned pointing out to the sign that after 9pm no more dine in only take out and no washroom and only cash. I checked the sign, there is nothing there that specifies customer cannot use the washroom after 9pm. I said I need to use it , you have tables dining is open by law you are required to have a working washroom.
I am also a manager in restaurant I know rules. This person doesn’t know what customer service is. He is a lazy employee. I told him what is your name I will report and he said I don’t know didn’t give me his name. I left taking the order forgot to confirm the order, I went to my car and came back inside ask him for one last time, if I could use and said NO still. He said you did not confirm the order I will call the aggregator service. I said I will confirm I asked again for so many time to let me use the washroom. I was very upset. Visited this Subway for a regular Pizza Sub with half turkey. Over-charged from the start: Staff insisted half-turkey costs the same as full (not true), used only 10 pepperoni instead of 12, then rang up $18 for a sub that costs me ~$14 everywhere else. Wrong items on the receipt: I was billed for something I never ordered. No refund, just run-around: Came back the next morning as told; the manager blamed a “technical issue,” refused a refund, and offered free food instead. Third visit, same scam: Returned two days later for the promised sub. They still gave only 10 slices of pepperoni (should be 24 for double), lied about the count, and hiked the price again. Hostile staff: Three employees argued, and one (named Ansh) threatened me, saying he’d “talk to me outside” once he clocked out. Zero accountability: All employees hid in the back, refused the manager’s or owner’s contact details, and told me to “get lost.”
I have audio recordings of every conversation (including staff admitting their mistakes and refusing a refund) plus contact info for a customer witness who supported me.

Read moreI have been to this location a few times. In all my times there was always an issue of food quality or food preparation. In a few of my experiences the sandwich makers do not change gloves in between making sandwiches for different customers which is cross contamination between different meats, and it seems you have to specifically go out of your way to request they change gloves. Sometimes they even wear one glove and make the sandwich with one hand, leaning/standing sideways. So bizarre. The basic training and cleanliness of making the sandwich doesn't seem to be up to the standard of other subway locations. Then the very last time I found small hairs inside my sub and that was the last time I was ever a customer. It was very disgusting to find the hair and I was so grossed out and threw all the food away and vowed never to come to this subway location again.
