I ordered a 4 pc chicken platter. When I went to get my drink there was no carbonation, I mentioned it to the person working behind the counter and they admitted they knew it wasn’t working. I went to get some lemonade instead, however that was water. Again, I mentioned this to the counter person and he advised they were knew that wasn’t working as well. I politely asked so you are aware of these things and yet there’s nothing posted on the machines? He’s like what do you want me to do?! I’m like maybe post so some don’t waste money to start with. I then asked if I could get the equivalent of the cost back as a refund, he advised he couldn’t but could offer me a bottle of pop but that he would have to charge me $1 more! Read moreI placed an order of wrap and chicken wings waited for 15 minutes but still got wrap cold as ice, and wings were so smelly as couldn’t even dare to taste. On top of that, the manager (girl working on Thursday night shift), was not ready to listen and as soon as I complained, she started arguing instead of resolving the issues, and the only solution she had, that I could heat up wrap with tender inside. And even at the same time, 2 more customers came with the issues within 5 minutes. It was such a terrible experience.
Bad food was a rare occurrence here, usually very good food. But the attitude and behaviour of manager might lose us as a customer. Really some action should be taken...
Read moreHad a 5 min break from work. Ordered online 10 mins prior. Came here store was not busy. Was told I had to wait 5 more mins. Ended up taking 10 mins more. When my sandwich was finally ready, instead of bagging it and letting me on my way. She decided to help the next customer +3 more minutes I had to wait. This is ridiculous I worked fast food before and it doesn't take 20 mins to make a sandwich especially when the stores not busy. And to the front counter girl, learn to prioritize your time. Why not take 10 seconds to bag the fries and sandwich to sent the visually upset customer on his way, rather then spend 3 mins on a new customer. Stop saying sorry...
