Poulet Rouge — Restaurant in Toronto

We went to another restaurant nearby and walked out from there because they didn't have what I wanted. So we were walking on queen west to go to Chick-fil-A but found poulet rouge, quickly looked up their reviews and came in. This is a much better option than the original place we walked out of and Chick-fil-A. It's a fast food grilled chicken spot and they grill the chicken right in front of you. So you get freshly grilled chicken on your choice of brown rice or quinoa or lettuce and lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. Their customer service is very good and they're well staffed to move your food along quickly. We got the bowl with two sauces which came with four chicken strips and it was sufficient for the both of us. One of the girls who works there checked in with us to see how we liked the food which is always good considering this is a fast food spot and we've never had staff check in on us in a chipotle kind of setting. Poulet Rouge has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a meal. I've already visited multiple times this week, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The ability to customize your bowl with two distinct flavor options, a variety of fresh toppings, and their signature spicy mayo makes every bite enjoyable. The quality and taste never disappoint.

During one of my visits, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vikaas. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different base, protein, and topping combinations. His genuine friendliness and helpful attitude made a great impression.

I’ve visited Poulet Rouge nearly four times this week, and it has quickly become my go-to restaurant. The fast-paced service, flavorful bowls, and customizable toppings make for a consistently satisfying experience. Each bowl comes with two delicious flavor options, seven fresh toppings, and their signature spicy mayo dressing, which ties everything together perfectly.

During one of my visits, I was assisted by a staff member named Bikash. He was exceptionally polite, helpful, and took the time to explain how the toppings, bases, and protein options work. Bikash customer service truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.
