Silver Spoon has the best Biryani for over 20 years now with the exact same Pakistani cook recipes that people have been choosing all over town but I find the fact that when you ask them Miley they can never give it to you because it's only made spicy or medium spicy and that's very discouraging one time even when I ask mild food for vegetarian tally they actually for the vegetarian meal make it too bland and extremely mild so I find that it's either too spicy or two miles and vegetarian food absolutely has nothing to offer there anymore I used to really like their palak paneer but I really don't like it anymore because the recipe for the vegetarian things I find has been changed it's in three chicken is very very good and also the Currys look all right Burgers not that great at all their prices on some days the special is definitely worth it the Chinese are extremely spicy way too spicy it's not okay for people who want mild I also think that they put spicy chicken with mild rice into it but the chicken is always going to be extremely spicy so it's very difficult for me to trust anything other than Biryani and three chicken is going to be okay in that kitchen overall they have a consistent level of freshness though which is the reason why I don't feel horrible going there but it there's also another downside that there's no place to sit and eat it has to be only a takeout but I must say they have one of the best biryanis ever. Although I enjoy vegetarian food a lot I absolutely can never ever trust their vegetarian food again they're veggie was extremely Bland and disgusting the spinach also smelled the rice also smelled bad it was horrible I'm never going to trust the vegetarian meal there again I also want very long time ago had gone bad noodles that they kept in their Buffet and I literally felt sick from eating that so sometimes only the foods that aren't selling quickly can go bad as well sometimes. When I bought my vegetarian meal because they're chicken was too spicy I felt the vegetarian stuff had too much fenugreek Leaf in it and it smelled very bad as in not gone bad it was freshly made but the recipe was disgusting after that when I called them and I told them the spinach is too bland and it's not like how it was before they said you have to come back and bring it in the same day or else we cannot change it for anything different and I was already at work doing my lunch there is no way I would have gone back to give this they don't resolve anything the next day or anytime after apparently you have to go back to them the same day or even the same time which is very very difficult and almost impossible for many so I think they should price things to a smaller portion so people can taste things as in buying samples before they actually buy the bigger meal because of how many times recipes change and it becomes a disappointment but overall they do have amazing Superstar things on the menu like...
Read moreWe generally order the chicken biryani. This time we ordered a bunch of dishes including the chicken tikka masala. My kidsâ friends were home from university and some only eat halal, hence why we ordered here. The chicken tikka was BAD. The smell was so foul, it was unbearable and we couldnât serve it to the kids. Weâve spent over $300 this week in food orders from this place. You would think they would care about repeat customers. I called to make a complaint and I was told that I had to bring the tikka masala in for them to know that my complaint was true. I explained that I couldnât because I had to throw it out because it smelled so bad. The gentleman on the phone insisted I had to dig through my garbage and bring in the food and that they canât or wonât do anything for us. Basically saying that Iâm lying because no one else called to complain. No one probably called in because they are afraid to or donât care to. Thatâs why businesses like these can get away with treating clients poorly. This is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. All they care about is serving as many customers as possible and not actually care about their customers returning. Quantity over quality is basically what matters. To end our phone conversation , there was no mutual understanding. The man on the phone insisted he was right and I was wrong. You have lost a loyal customer. But obviously that doesnât matter to you because there will be so many others who will try and buy until they experience the same level of...
Read moreI had ordered one mutton biryani and mango delight dessert for takeaway from this restaurant . Picked it up on time and did a mistake of not checking whether they have provided hot food or not. When I reached home and checked the biryani box, it was freaking cold as if it was already packed and kept in fridge. I didnât wanted to go back all the way to show them as I know it would be of no use and I would simply burn my carâs gasoline. I had to heat it well for 5 minutes in microwave and only then it was eatable. One of the worst biryani I ever had in Toronto. No spice, No masala, it looked as if I ate boiled rice with no Color and with boiled mutton in it. Totally worthless and waste of money. I will never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend to any of my friends. STAY AWAY from these restaurants who pack their food in advance and keep it in refrigerators. When customers arrive they heat it up for a couple of minutes and handover. A strict no-no to this place. Donât ever go there, I realized they prepare curries and display at front and looks like same curries are sold for days. Donât put your lives at risk by eating that stale food. For same amount of money you get better quality food at other...
