New Mirchi Dhaba — Restaurant in Toronto

So I placed my order many times through Uber and from past two times am getting wrong item or they just missed the items . So I order veg thali and rasgulla from uber with extra roti. I didn't recieve and no rasgulla so I called in restaurant and they said new trainee was packing the order. They can't do something as they are busy so they will call in 10 mints now its been 2 hrs. They didnt call me not only this even though it was mentioned in note that last time they missed rasmalai and that time before placing the order I called them that they don't have rasmalai on uber so they said I can pay for any other sweet and they will send rasmalai . But not even I recieve rasmalai I didnt even recieve the exact sweet that I order. So this kind of mishandling with order all the time and not taking responsibility is making my experience bad guys. I like the food but and I gave you 5 star rating at first but feom past time even a person a regular customer you guys are making mess and not acknowledging that even though you guys are taking their phn. Worst ever customer service. Ordered some samosas and the girl completely forgot about my order. I waited long, when I asked about the order, they asked me to get the samosa order from outside temporary tent. I went outside and there was a long line up. I returned to the shop and told them about the line up, then she gave me the food from inside. I don’t understand if they have samosa ready already, why they asked me to go outside and wait in the line again. I don’t have any problem with the girl took my order, she looks new and I understand the waiting times and line ups in an Indian restaurant. But, the girl who gave me samosa, she was with full of attitude. The way she is giving food to the people is like they are giving free food. I paid and waited long to get my order. If you think, you forgot my order, that definitely required an apology from you or even a smile on your face. This is a worst customer service ever. This review is about 3 curries in total which I've sampled from your establishment. The first curry was Aloo Palak (purchased few wks ago). It was pretty good, well done! 👍🏾

2nd curry: Mattar Paneer(purchased 2 wks ago)which was unfortunately very Salty! So, I thought that it could be a one off error..

3rd one: Egg plant(purchased on 2024-06-12, between 10-11PM.) Again even this curry was very salty! Whats going on ?

Do the chefs who are making these curries actually sample every dish for proper taste before they are put out for sale ? Something gives me the suspicion that they are not tasting their own curries... Quite disappointing and shows a general lack of concern for quality.

And each curry, just a small size is $11-$12 after taxes. I really hope to taste something decent for that amount and not some over salted, almost uncomfortable-to-eat curry right ?
