My order was scheduled for pick-up at 4pm, since i was in the area, i decided to drop by at 2:20pm, i called multiple times but they ignored their phone calls, and asked if i could just take my order earlier. The helpful cashier told me i should be able to get my order at 3pm. I waited long enough and unfortunately at 3:30 i was told that since my pick up time was at 4pm i had to wait. Well, if i’m not mistaken- the owner’s wife, accommodated someone’s order whose pick-up time was at 4pm and that customer came later than me. If she knows you she will accommodate you first regardless of your pick-up time!. I complained due to the unfair and unprofessional treatment and response. They handed me over a cold roast beef and told me to heat it up. If my son wasn’t with me I would have returned it back and gave them a lecture. I know customer service as my family owns a business. They were very disorganized and alot of customers complained about the long wait for the orders they made days before. They lack quality and man power! it shows poor management!

This restaurant can not manage to meet the orders during the holidays in a timely manner.

with the price they set on every menu, it’s not worth it!

Sadly i spent alot of dollars to this restaurant but...

I'll start this review by saying that my wife and I have been to Remely's many times. My wife in particular has been going to this restaurant almost her whole life! I do echo other reviewers when they say the service is lacking - there is little line etiquette and staff should be more attentive to customers. The food however has always been unquestionably good and reasonably priced.

However, this review is for their catering, which we ordered for our wedding.

Our catering experience was very smooth. The catering manager took the time to sit down with us at a table and go over our order and requirements in detail. She answered all of our questions about ingredients and addressed our concerns about dietary restrictions. They checked in with us the day before our event to make sure we were ready to pick up our order.

The food itself was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was authentically home style pinoy cooking. The food was a huge hit at our wedding and everyone went home with leftovers (as is tradition). We are still munching on calderetta and pancit!

We were happy to support a great local business for our wedding, and they did...
