I’m giving out one star for customer service phone call, I am sorry but I was trying to order 3 items but the lady only took one order from phone call. I was told to call in about 20 mins early for sui mai? So i ordered 2 orders (12 pieces) and I told her okay I also wanna order the... && there she goes cut me off and says “okay okay 30 mins okay okay?! Buh bye” while she was saying that I told her “Ma’am hold on I still have another order!” Politely but while I was saying that she literally hang up on me and re called her back. Finally she answered properly but she still pursues the order of sui mai for 30 mins total wait rushing us and all.... I love the food for my 2nd time here but my FIRST PHONE CALL didn’t go well 😭 so I’m giving out 3 star for food but 1.5 star on phone call orders, please kindly wait for customer to properly say their order and wait for the sign that they are done ordering from phone. I know that everyone is pretty busy for party trays and all but could have at least asked “would that be all for your order?” Before hanging up. 😩

Funny thing: if the lady did said “buh bye” and didn’t wait for my other orders I could have NOT showed up but as a good customer and a person I will take my order properly and pay up for the food. Amazing! Highly recommend going to Chinese Feast for Takeout. No dine-in and bring cash so you can get a discount, but they do take card also. Yes, they are very popular and very busy. A bit of patience and persistence will get you an enjoyable, satisfying meal you can share with a ton of people.

I have come here a few times to order and wait for my food. Recently, I tried calling. Redial will be your best friend, and Chinese Feast will eventually answer :) After a few tries, I was able to put in an order, do some errands, and pick-up. The wait was not long, and they called to say my order is ready as I was parking.

The family and staff are Lovely! Very rare to see welcoming smiles and good service at a take-out joint these days.

The food is Delicious and Abundant. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The regular menu dishes can feed a whole family while their party trays will feed an army. Chicken fried steak - on its own or with fried rice is a MUST. Four Season beans with pork - So Good! Black Pepper Beef, chicken balls, Ho fun.. get it all!

Great food and reasonably priced. I often try to call ahead, but sometimes I'm unable to get through so since it's close to where I'm located I would just take the drive and order in store. The wait typically is about 15 mins for a 3 dish item. I love the salt and spicy squid. It's crispy and it just has the right amount of batter, spice and salt! It's perfect for me. The people are generally nice and efficient. It's a small space and with social distancing in effect, you can't really stay and wait in store. If I do have to order in store, I would typically order and then wait in my car. The staff taking your order will ask for your phone number and will call you when your order is ready.
