Updated my post from a year ago because it popped up on Goggle and I noticed grammar errors. My opinion hasn't changed! Looking forward to going there again, but I don't live near there anymore. Loving overseas. Maybe I'll be back there this summer, I hope!...

Food was surprisingly GREAT!!! Seriously. I ordered a steak (with mashed potatoes, fried onions and mushrooms). It was cooked to perfection. The char lines, and flavour from the grill accented the steak wonderfully. The meat itself, I imagine, was not super high quality (hence the low price), but the cook did the absolute best job one could possibly do with it! SHOCKINGLY SURPRISED HOW GREAT IT WAS!!

I also ordered the chicken alfredo pasta. That was also cooked amazingly; al dente; chicken was tender; and had those fabulous char marks & flavour to it.

The garlic bread that accompanied was also soft and although not overpoweringly garlicky or buttery, you could definitely taste them both intensely with each bite, but not in an overpowering way! Good!

Again, I am SO satisfied with the flavour and the pricing.. don't forget, this was for takeout so I imagine that eating it there in the restaurant/bar it would have tasted even better.. or maybe, with horse track betting and it being mainly a bar taking up most of the space, the atmosphere might star away from the diving experience.. but if you can live with those conditions, great!!

Otherwise, very highly recommend takeout, be ready to be satisfied immensely by the order.

I feel like maybe I was lucky, since this was my first order there but so far they are batting 1.000 with their orders for me!!

I found this pub on skip the dishes recently. Today is our 3rd order, my husband requested this Place again because the food is so awesome he said! We ordered chicken clubhouse with wedges and Chipotle dip--mmm so good! cornbeef sandwich with McCain fries, nice size and not fatty. Spaghetti and meatballs and chicken fettuccini very flavourful and no mushy pasta here! Everything was hot and delicious and delivered in environmentally friendly containers which really made me happy. Tonight we ordered chicken stir fry and the bowl full of hearty Chilli, we can hardly wait until it arrives, as everything so far makes me come back for more! Pricing is very reasonable too. On the skip app they have daily specials if you are looking for a full meal.

Give them a try, they have so many comforting dishes here and so reasonably priced. Cheers to the chef

Update: Chilli is large comes with tortilla chips and garlic toast was delicious, stir fry had lots of chicken with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and basmati rice nice portion and it was yummy.

Winner winner rib and wing dinner, it's amazing! That bbq sauce is magnificent!

Try the Irish stew when it's on special, it is absolutely delicious, full of meat, carrots and potatoes comes with rice and garlic toast. See my pic

I really like the place and prices Me and my friend went there a few times and had nice experience. The kitchen here is actually fantastic. Today, on March 6th, we came and wanted to order. There was a lady at the bar who told us we could sit anywhere. So we did. We asked for a menu and she gave us one. Then the lady brought us water and we told her we are ready to order. She said okay and walked away, started serving other customers, walk around the restaurant, change music on the TV and so on. We sat down for some time waiting for her, but we walked out cause we didn't understand what this is all about..I don't know, I felt some weird attitude towards us.. I hope we just came at the wrong time when staff is not in the mood and hope to come back again soon as well. Update: Changed to 5 stars! Went today and were served by the same lady! She is such a sunshine! I guess last time we just got here at a wrong time...
