Dear Shorebazaar Supermarket Management,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at your store. I purchased a whole lamb leg, only to find out once I got home that the meat was completely rotten—foul-smelling and unfit for consumption. This is not just unacceptable; it’s a serious health hazard.

When I called to report the issue, I was met with mockery instead of professionalism. Your staff had the audacity to suggest that this was my first time eating meat, which was both laughable and insulting. When I brought the meat back, rather than addressing the issue properly, I was met with hostility. The person handling the situation was visibly unhappy that I returned the spoiled product, and instead of taking responsibility, they treated it as if I was the problem.

I could have easily reported this to the Ministry of Health, which would have resulted in serious consequences for your business. However, I chose to address it directly, hoping you would take this as an opportunity to improve. Based on the response I received, it’s clear that customer health and food safety are not a priority for your store.
