Read moreThe worst customer service I've ever experienced.. and I've been served by a waiter from another restaurant who made racist remarks before. I came with a group of 9 on Sunday (2 different households) and we were told to seat at different tables in groups of 4.. which I get (due to covid restrictions) but not one but 2 of the waitresses flat out yelled at us and kept doing so. The attitude they both had.. unbelievable (yelling, using hand motions, and talking down to us), which is really disappointing considering how pretty their patios looked and the feeling it gave us before we actually came there. All of us were so disappointed and barely enjoyed the food. I work in customer service and have been for almost 10 years and this is not even close to it. Also, for the 9th person, they said we had to split up into a 3rd table, which, again I get.. but how could you yell at us and yet there are 2 other tables with 5 people in clear view? I just don't understand how these kinds of people can work at a place like this where customer service is very important. My friend also told them 8-9 people when she had talked to them, but they both insisted that it was 8 and yelled "No, it was 8!!!". Unnecessary and overly rude. I don't ask for much or write a complaint this long.. I didn't even bother with the racist guy from the other restaurant but it is so so so disappointing. I wish the manager was there that day so I could've spoken to him because the treatment we got was disgusting to say the least. I should note as well that the waiter who served us in between was a really nice guy (his name was Chris, I believe) and was the complete opposite of...
