I recently stumbled upon a St. Louis Bar & Grill in town and was pleasantly surprised to find it, especially with such a great patio setup. I hadn’t realized there was a location nearby until I noticed it while walking down the street — it just popped out of nowhere, and I’m glad it did. The outdoor patio instantly caught my attention and felt like a perfect spot to chill, especially on a nice day. What made the experience even better was how familiar everything felt. I had been to another St. Louis last month, and this location had the same vibe — casual, fun, and welcoming. The interior had that signature sports-bar feel, with comfortable seating and good music. The staff was friendly and consistent with what I’ve come to expect from the brand — attentive without being pushy. So far, my experience has been solid. The menu is familiar, the drinks are cold, and the service is reliable. It’s the kind of place you can easily stop by after work or meet up with friends on the weekend. If you’re in the area and didn’t know this location existed like me, it’s definitely worth checking out — especially for the patio.

I'm giving 2 stars just for the food (Nachos, fries, chicken wings) itself. I'd probably place a delivery order with them in the future and eat at home in peace. I made a mistake of dining in here recently. This was my first time going to any of this bar's locations, so I was expecting a good experience. I was wrong. I'm deducting 1 star for the waitress who kept rushing us to order the whole time and kept interrupting our conversation every 5-10 minutes. Extremely annoying. Leave the diner alone for 15 minutes at least to talk or discuss the menu. There's no lineup outside, so why the unbearable rush? I'm deducting 1 star for the drinks. Overpriced for the taste, but they do look good for photos. I'm deducting 1 star for my overall experience here. The seating isn't the most comfortable. There are guests with hyena laughs laughing non-stop. Waiters are pushy. Drinks are overpriced for the quality. I wanted to get out of here so bad, but it was raining outside, so had to stay for an hour in this uncomfortable bar. Never again. Washroom was nice and clean though.

What an amazing place. I have been staying in the area for the past 3 weeks with my wife and son on holiday from Northern Ireland from our first day that we went to St Louis bar and grill we were in love with the place the staff the atmosphere the food and drink were all excellent the first day I had to try the Guinness to compare it to back home and honestly it tasted amazing and was super impressed with Jess the manager who even put the shamrock on the top.the food was delicious I think we tried nearly everything on the the menu my sons favourite was the barbecue bacon and cheese burger my wife’s favourite was the Cajun honey chicken burger and my favourite was the the beef nachos and also the wings and pasta dishes to be honest all the food was delicious we tried to visit nearly every day either for a portion of wings and a chat with the staff or just for a full meal. I have to mention some of the staff that we really got to know on our holiday Jess the manager was amazing always smiling and what a great manager always helpful and always had time to chat with us James one of the bartenders whose had his own talent if you asked him for a mystery drink he would make a cocktail of his ingredients and all were so good Justin was another bartender a very friendly guy to chat Sarah who has now returned to college was an amazing at her job as a server she kept asking us was everything ok and did we need anything else Erin also was one of the servers we met and was so friendly and very professional at her job always smiling and again always interacting with us Angelica was another sever that we met who was always smiling and very professional at her job also to all the staff that we have not mentioned from the cooks to the rest of the servers yous are all amazing Finally the saying is you save the best to last and from day one this guy has been absolutely unbelievable every single day that we went in we were met with a great smile and we we blown away by his interaction with us if he was working kitchen he would make time to come out to us even when his shift finished he would join us for a chat and a drink we honestly can’t praise the guy enough he really has went over and above to make our visit to St Louis bar and grill a very enjoyable visit thank you so much Sang for everything that you done for us what an amazing guy we really are looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the staff soon 😁😁😁

You're likely referring to St. Louis Bar & Grill, a popular Canadian casual dining chain known for its "Devilishly Good!" wings and ribs. Having expanded significantly since its first location in Toronto in 1992, it's become a go-to spot for many seeking a relaxed atmosphere, especially for sports viewing.

Here's a detailed review of St. Louis Bar & Grill:

The Food: Wings are the Star, but There's More

St. Louis Bar & Grill's menu is primarily focused on classic pub fare, with a strong emphasis on its signature items.

Wings: This is undoubtedly the main attraction. St. Louis offers a wide array of wing flavors, from mild to extra hot, and various dry rubs. They are known for their crispy Poutine" featuring boneless chicken and wing sauce, which is a popular choice for those looking for a hearty, indulgent side. Atmosphere and Service:

St. Louis Bar & Grill aims to provide a "Devilishly Good!" time in a casual, sports bar and grill setting.

Atmosphere: Locations are typically designed to be lively and welcoming, often featuring numerous televisions for sports viewing. They are positioned as neighborhood spots for friendly get-togethers, family outings, and sports enthusiasts. Some locations also offer outdoor dining/patios. The overall vibe is generally relaxed and unpretentious. Service: Service can be a mixed bag, as is common with large chains. Many patrons report friendly and efficient service, especially during less busy times. However, some reviews indicate inconsistencies, with complaints about long waits for food, cold or incorrect orders, and occasional rude management, particularly during peak hours or at locations that may be less well-maintained. The chain emphasizes "service excellence" and aims to build relationships...

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.. and I've been served by a waiter from another restaurant who made racist remarks before. I came with a group of 9 on Sunday (2 different households) and we were told to seat at different tables in groups of 4.. which I get (due to covid restrictions) but not one but 2 of the waitresses flat out yelled at us and kept doing so. The attitude they both had.. unbelievable (yelling, using hand motions, and talking down to us), which is really disappointing considering how pretty their patios looked and the feeling it gave us before we actually came there. All of us were so disappointed and barely enjoyed the food. I work in customer service and have been for almost 10 years and this is not even close to it. Also, for the 9th person, they said we had to split up into a 3rd table, which, again I get.. but how could you yell at us and yet there are 2 other tables with 5 people in clear view? I just don't understand how these kinds of people can work at a place like this where customer service is very important. My friend also told them 8-9 people when she had talked to them, but they both insisted that it was 8 and yelled "No, it was 8!!!". Unnecessary and overly rude. I don't ask for much or write a complaint this long.. I didn't even bother with the racist guy from the other restaurant but it is so so so disappointing. I wish the manager was there that day so I could've spoken to him because the treatment we got was disgusting to say the least. I should note as well that the waiter who served us in between was a really nice guy (his name was Chris, I believe) and was the complete opposite of...
