Me and my husband came today at the Starbucks in Finch and Chesswood (drive-thru), ordered my usual drink, pink drink with matcha cold foam no ice on Trenta size, and a java chip frappe venti. Upon handing in to me, my pink drink had some ice on it. I told the girl on the window and she immediately spoke to the girl who made my drink and she told me she did not put any ice on it. I showed the ice and told them i cannot have my drink with ice because i am pregnant and that’s what i prefer, a drink with no ice. She got the drink and replaced it. Before we left i compared both drinks and both of them had the same venti size. My husband went inside the store to tell them and the same Filipino girl made another drink. When my husband got the drink, the Filipino girl whose name is Krizel is telling something, rude comments, to her collegues while looking at my husband. Seems like they are talking about him telling them something and to note as well no apologies from them. My husband got offended and told me when he came to the car to file a complaint because they acted very rude. I called the store and talked to their manager whose name is Paul and he apologized. He asked me to wait patiently to get the other side of the story from the barrista. He offered me free drink and i told him i am a regular customer, and i always order the same drink. I am not after the free drink, my concern is their customer service which gotten on my and my husband’s nerves today. No apology from krizel, the drink is way very less on the trenta cup (as seen on the photo) and the way they treated us. It’s my first time being really upset on my order and to Starbucks crew/team member our expectations is very high on their customer service. Mistakes happen and a few times this happened already but this time we were treated badly by...

Read moreTbh I have been here multiple times and have had good customer service (which is why I added a star). It’s too bad baristas here (or maybe this one in particular) can’t make a simple drink. I ordered an iced passion tea, which I’ve been told by a Starbucks barista is the easiest drink to make on the menu. And even easier the way I order it, no water needs to be added, pour straight into a cup a few pumps of sweetener, a bit of ice and shake. So why did I get a cup of vile water?! No flavour, no sweetener, nothing but a bitter aftertaste of what I imagine regret tastes like. It’s time like these, I truly get people who freak out in drive thrus. Which is why I am posting this review instead of going back (completely inconvenient to do btw). I would just want my money back and not another drink,, and dealing with fake niceness in the name of customer service — just do it right! If you can’t do something simple right the first time, then it’s a no for me. I would say they’ve lost a customer but I know there are plenty of people willing to put up with disappointment in a branded cup and pay extra for it. Good for them. Enjoy your...
