Unfortunately they chose to operate from the side door that faces a highly trafficked road, (instead of the door facing an empty parking lot) so if you donât order in advance you find yourself hollering your order and your name to the attendant 2-3 times. She hollers back your order to confirm she heard you right. Then she takes your money on a tray and gives you back the change she just put in it with her hands obviously, same with cell phones, that little tray is such a farce. Then you wait FOREVER (even though obviously thereâs no one before you) for a hot chocolate that is not hot anymore because sheâs been too busy hollering at the customers who after me and could not (like myself) place a mobile order. I took the last sip of my lukewarm chocolate while driving and felt a cold lump at the back of my throat. I have no idea what that **it was and I donât even want to know. I wish I had the time and the stamina to sue the hell out of them. That little that I unfortunately swallow was stuck in my throat for an hour and I had to take some honey to get rid of it. Maybe COVID got to their brains and canât operate properly even on a one customer at the time basis. HORRIBLE. I have been living without Tim Hortons for years now because their quality got so bad, and I am sure I will do just fine without Starbucks. After today experience, and the one of last week at Bathurst and Sheppard, they will never have a penny from me again! I hope they...
Read moreI had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at a Starbucks location! That girl with braids, I don't know her name, who works at the counter is disgustingly rude; she shouldn't be working in customer service at all! Today I went for a cold frappuccino, and I forgot to ask the cashier guy to put caramel sprinkles in it. She then started telling the other girl out loud, People are are supposed to ask when they order! and rolled her eyes at me. HOW RUDE!!! for a customer service worker to speak to customers who are spending a lot of of money for a coffee!. I went to other Starbucks, and they don't mind giving me an extra something if I forgot to ask. I hope managers at this location take action with this specific person and don't allow her too speak to customers disrespectfully like that! It's essential for businesses to foster a positive environment and ensure that all employees understand the importance of respectful communication. Customer loyalty can be easily lost if staff members do not uphold these standards, so training and feedback are crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, my friend went there before, and she told me the same girl talked to her in a very rude way before too!. It's terrible that customers have to deal with such unprofessional behaviour like this. I'm not going back to this location again. I expect better treatment if I'm spending my...
