I came here today because the place I wanted to go to had just closed. It was totally different cuisine but I didn't feel like driving so I looked for an alternate option and Pho Foodie was literally next door. I checked reviews and they seemed good so I thought I would give it a go. The person at the counter was very nice. The menu is typical for this type of restaurant. I was optimistic.

The food was prepared promptly. I took it home and both my wife and I looked at it in wonder. We were wondering what it was going to taste like because the Pad Thai dishes didn't look like others I've had. Oh there was all the regular ingredients and they looked fresh. I ordered one chicken Pad Thai and one Shrimp Pad Thai. I asked them to mix it all together and then divide it into two containers so my wife and I could just eat out of the contsiners. We didn't want to wash dishes I also ordered one order fried spring roll and one order fresh shrimp roll.

So the fried spring roll tasted very salty and was inedible but the fresh roll was ok. Not great but ok.

The Pad Thai dishes lacked colour and had zero flavor. Usually there's a bit of a Smokey taste with some depth of flavor because the wok is blazing hot. This didn't have any of that so I added one tablespoon of Sirracha to my container and one and half table spoons sweet Chile sauce to both contains to try and salvage some of the food. That made mine sort of edible but my wife still couldn't eat it. Also, there were 4 to 5 shrimps between the two cartons of Pad Thai. Not large ones. Not in each but total. There was maybe six pieces of chicken between both cartons. Again, not in each but total.

Very disappointing. I've been to other places within one and a half kilometers from here and closer to my home that I've had very good experiences at.

I think I'll just keep going to those other places and chalk this up to a $50...

Cozy, clean, and cute. You can tell these people work hard to keep this place neat and tidy. Service was great and the food arrived quickly. Came here with my girlfriend(Vietnamese) and we had an excellent experience. She said the decor made her miss her home country.

Overall I would give the place a 4.5.

I read a lot of the reviews after my stay here. And I'm confused by all the complaints about prices and portions. I ordered 3 entrees: C10-Beef, C14, and C22-Beef. Prices these days are like that almost everywhere. There are burger places selling a single burger for $20. So I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Prices everywhere are going up.

I compared their menu to 3 places around and they're all about the same for similar items (within +/- $1-2 of each other, some of them cost more for some items, others cost less)

I'd eat here again for sure.

My advice for possible improvements: Simplify the menu, a lot of options can leave people guessing. I'd focus on making a few dishes really good. Some of the flavours could be better. But I enjoyed it. C22 the curry spice level was perfect but it could have been thicker.

C10 was great. C14 was delicious, the beef cubes were like buttery my gf said :)

Portions were good too, not sure what people are talking about in some of...

This was my first time discovering this spot. The place is quite small and cozy, clean and modern- an Instagram and social media-style food spot. The server was approachable, nice and welcoming. She checked on customers to see if anything was needed.

The food was served after 10-15 minutes after ordering. The prices were expensive compared to other pho restaurants located in the North York- Downsview area. The pork rice dish didn’t come with a bowl of soup, which was also difference in other pho restaurants located in GTA. The pork didn’t taste good, there wasn’t sweetness to the flavour of the meat. But every chef is different, rate of this dish 3/5.

The classic beef noodles pho was good though, 4/5. As for the vermicelli noodles dish, it wasn’t flavorful and the shrimp had a burnt taste to it. The meat was also quite little compared to other pho restaurants, would rate this dish 3/5.

A suggestion, provide the customers with napkins (3-5 sheets) when serving the food. It would be greatly appreciated! Also, the washroom febreze scent is quite overpowering and strong, but the...

What a pleasant surprise! I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant during a quick lunch, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Right away, I noticed the perfect cleanliness and comfortable ambiance. The service staff was exceptionally friendly. I opted for the chicken noodle soup and fresh mango salad with shrimp, which were served promptly. The food was not only fresh but also incredibly delicious. I left thoroughly pleased with my dining experience and would easily rate it 5 stars for its cleanliness, service, and the quality of food. The bill was $33 before tips. Highly recomended for those who value healthy food.

I randomly came across this hidden gem, and wow—the food was amazing! Honestly, it’s way better than most Vietnamese spots I’ve tried. Super underrated, and you’ve got to check it out. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserved one. The server was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!
