I would give 0 star Review Worst Experience Ever – Shocking Behaviour by Staff . This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizzaville. I’m a regular customer and have always received excellent service at the Purpleville/Weston location, but what I experienced at this store was completely unacceptable and frankly shocking. I visited with my sister, who had placed the order. After being told to wait 20 minutes, we returned to pick up the pizza and asked for some garlic powder. When we opened the box, the pizza was half-baked and folded from one side—clearly not up to standard (I have a photo of it). I politely pointed this out and asked if I could take a picture to document the condition of the pizza. The staff member—a tall man in a red t-shirt—immediately became defensive and rude, saying, “You came back after 15 minutes to complain!” I calmly responded, “I came in right away—check your camera,” but he continued being disrespectful. When I asked to take a photo, he snapped, “Don’t touch it—it’s none of your business.” I replied, “Why can’t I? I paid for it, and I need to compare it once you change it.” He said again, “It’s none of your business.” So I asked, “How is it not my business? I paid for it. And are you planning to serve this to another customer?” That’s when he became verbally abusive, using the F-word, and calling me and my sister offensive names like “b***”* and “a*****.”* He also said, “You weren’t even here to place the order—why are you talking?” I explained that I only came in to ask for garlic powder, but he continued escalating and even said, “I’ll call the cops on you,” simply because I asked to take a picture of the pizza I paid for. That was completely unnecessary and felt like intimidation. It got to a point where he said, “You don’t even know how to talk,” and “Get lost.” I was completely shocked by how aggressive and disrespectful he became. I had to call my husband because we felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. Despite all this, we still tried to end things peacefully. We told him, “Let’s just move on—please make a new pizza,” and instead of helping, he said, “That’s what I was doing, why are you ordering me around?” I replied calmly, “I’m not ordering you—I’m just requesting.” But he kept being rude. Thankfully, another staff member in a black t-shirt stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He understood the issue and processed a refund. I truly appreciate his calm and respectful attitude. Still, I’m shocked. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not for calmly raising a valid concern. Pizzaville management, please take this incident seriously. I hope this reaches someone who genuinely values customer experience and brand reputation. I’ll continue supporting the Weston location where I’ve always been treated with respect, but I will never return to this store again and would pass my review to friends and family too

⭐ 1 star (would give zero if I could) Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and to my shock, found pieces of chicken in it. When I brought it to the owner’s attention, he shamelessly insisted it was artichoke—as if I can’t tell the difference between a vegetable and meat! Then he tried to dismiss it by saying, "My wife is vegetarian too, and it happens to her sometimes—it’s okay." No, it’s NOT okay. To make things worse, he blamed it on a “busy hour,” but there were literally only a couple of customers there. No rush, no chaos—just pure carelessness or total disregard. This isn’t just a mistake. It’s disrespectful, dishonest, and deeply hurtful to anyone who takes their food choices seriously—whether for religious, ethical, or personal reasons. Looking back at older reviews, I see I’m not alone. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their concerns. If you value honesty, cleanliness, or basic respect—avoid this place at all costs.

I am an easy going person and usually leave positive reviews but I can't let this one slide due to the frequency of it occuring. This is the second time, in a row, where my family ordered a party sized pizza from this location and have it show up late. It took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive, which is way too long, given the fact that the location is literally 13 minutes away from our address. The pizza was ordered around 9:00pm so traffic should not be a factor, especially during that time. On top of that, this time around, the whole bottom of the Pizza was burnt and 4 dipping sauces were missing! If you are really short staffed, you need to hire more people to keep up with the demand and offer a higher quality of service because this is ridiculous. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from this location anymore.

I receive amazing contactless service and quality food from this location. Averaging about one or two orders a month for me and my family I wanted to publicly rave about this location’s awesome service in a consistent basis. Also, I love the Pizzaville App on my smartphone that ensures I can select everything exactly how I want it customized to the smallest of personalization. But none of that would matter if the execution of the delivery was not good. And it is always perfect service. Quality hot food delivered by always kind drivers always on time or early. Food delivered hot and with the App I pay before online and the driver will have all the great food, sealed with stickers on the boxes and in a protective plastic bag, on my front doorstep and step away calling my cell number I provided and wait to say hello from a safe distance and make sure I collect the food safely. This pizzaville location was a great place before the pandemic crisis and it is beyond fantastic during this pandemic. Being an only child and taking care of my elderly parents during the pandemic, when I am too lazy to cook, it is beautiful to know I can trust this Pizzaville to deliver quality food efficiently every time. I may sound like I own the place lol with my compliments, but no, I just think it’s important for others to know when a place cares to do things the right and best way with best practices in place and executed. Btw it’s the only place to get a quality old school delicious fried Ponzerotti. And the best wings from any pizza delivery. A tip; order them crispy with the buffalo sauce on them and you will be surprised that they are wings from a pizza place. They are borderline pub worthy. And I take my wings seriously so a huge compliment from guy who knows his wings. I know it’s a lot of fried food lol but everything in moderation is always great in life. And if you want healthier alternatives, there are all kind of pizzas with gourmet toppings and gluten free thin crusts as well. To impress a half Italian like me, with an Italian Mom from Naples with their pizza is saying a lot. Lol. Love the service/food for me and my parents for us to enjoy. Keep it up. Stay safe and healthy and...

I went to pizzavile today (nov.20, 2024) to order pizza and decided to go with full size pizza. I quickly glanced on pizza man who was making my full size pizza and was quite unpleasant to observe him doing it without gloves and on top of it he had a lot of rash or skin dermatology related problems on his skin. Therefore, I have requested him to wear gloves despite of his skin condition that was already not making me feel comfortable even him wearing the gloves. This is all hygiene matter and should be taken seriously when working with food and serving it to customers. Long story short, I was immediately told that we are not subway and our policy doesn't require us (employees) wear the gloves. I tried to reason things out by drawing parallel if he would like me touching his food without gloves and I don't know if his hands are clean or not. Employee did not want to listen to me and turned around showing me his back. Anyway, I thought that it would not be an issue that my reasonable concern would be heard but instead that man (employee) replied that if I don't want that money will be given back. If course, that would be the only solution at this point in time and I will never return back to the place that does not follow basic hygiene guidelines, the place that rudely brushes off customers and the place that is not competent enough to take full responsibility of it's employees but rather refer to other franchise to avoid the conversation. Each business in Canada should be considerate of its customers especially when it comes to health related concerns and ignorance is not an excuse. I respect my time, my earned money and food...
