We placed a mobile order & originally chose drive thru pick up. When we got there the drive thru was out to the street. We decided to go inside to ask for our order instead. When we got inside there was NO ONE inside, we walked straight up to the cash. All three workers seemed to be doing something, so we were okay waiting for a moment. The lady in the drive thru was busy, one guy was making drinks & the other seemed to be placing mobile order stickers on cups. The two guys made eye contact with us but didn't say ONE word to us. We must have been waiting for over 5min before the lady at the drive thru said "someone will be with you in a min" then the guy who was putting stickers on cups said "how can I help you guys" I told him we placed a mobile order for the drive thru. But wanted to pick it up. He called out the the lady at the drive thru, who didn't answer because she was busy & he proceeded to grab food from the toaster oven which fell upside down onto the paper & he was trying to "save" it. And didn't go to check in our drinks. We said excuse the drinks are just there & asked him to grab them. He then proceeded to try & fix this sandwich for over 2min & we had to ask again. Once my husband said "man there is no fixing the sandwich, we've been waiting over 5min, can we please get out drinks" he then went over to grab them.
This is crazy, I have never not been greeted with a "welcome to starbucks" as soon as you walk in the door & as soon as you get the counter someone stops what they are doing to help you. If I didn't place a mobile order I would have walked out. When you pay the price you do for the drinks you expect the service to be great as well.

Read moreA coworker and I went for work on Sunday afternoon and since it was Sunday I had to bring my 9 year old with me, when ordering a cold drink I had ask information to the about the amount of caffeine the pineapple drink and she said they all have caffeine than again I asked if she could ask a barista what she could recommend that is low on caffeine (cold fruity drink) for my daughter and my self. She agreed but a barista that happen to hear our conversation said you can ask any drink they are all the same. I knew from a friend of mine that I should stay away from Mango dragon passion fruit ever since is higher in caffeine, so I responded to her that she shouldn’t be giving that information ever since she can get someone very sick; she gave me a mocking laugh and said what?! Why?! I said I suffer from high very blood pressure u lucky it spikes up randomly so this drink can potentially make someone sick and not counting the fact that I’m trying to buy a drink low on caffeine as well my my kid. For many this may not be an issue but for me it is, the baristas should be well informed and answer precisely question like the amount of caffeine they don’t have to memorize it they could even check up I was holding the line and I didn’t think of checking this only. Read moreBeen ordering here for years, and while there has periodically been spills or issues it's never been consistent enough to be a problem. Usually the drinks are fast, made well, with good temperature and as per order instructions. However this last week every single time I've ordered a hot beverage item it has spilled before it arrives. The lids are never on tightly when they get to me. I have also been given a lot of incorrect food items recently which is really disappointing for delivery. Attempted to call and reach out but was unable to reach anyone. I am unsure if corporate is screwing them over with crappy lids, if management is being stingy and they are overpacking the to-go bags, or if they are training people at the moment and more accidents naturally happen. Regardless, my recommendation for customers is to order cold beverages as those lids are arriving on and sealed every time. My recommendation to management is to let your staff send things in multiple bags and make sure your hot lids are actually sealing on cups before you put them out.
