I visited on a Monday evening to redeem my free birthday drink. The area was lackluster in seating and merchandise display, because of COVID restrictions so I can't really judge there. Overall, it was a clean and tidy place with only 2 customers in front of me before I ordered. The employees who worked there were very courteous and attentive to my drink - I usually order a Macha latte with almond milk and adjustments to the syrup count and they got it all right! (Often at other locations they forget the almond milk and still use the 2%) So I was satisfied in my drink, how full my cup was - others had complaints that they don't fill to the top - customer service and atmosphere was overall great. I noticed the store has exclusive Starbucks merch, like the "Canada" and "Toronto" designed tumblers that are not listed on their website. Definitely would consider buying them next time I visit here, or checking out any other location. They accept Starbucks rewards card and all forms of payment which is convenient. There's also a drive thru for convenience. I bought it via in-store pick-up and all the utensils (I.e straws, napkins) are available at the pick-up counter. Would recommend...
Read moreI am just updating some of my reviews as Google reminds me every so often. The only thing I have to add is my wife loves their Pumpkin Spice Latte. And that is the only reason for visiting Starbucks coffee houses. But I still feel that they are ENORMOUSLY over priced. I don't understand how people are continually supporting these outrageous prices. Those who do, must have an enormous disposal bank( money), account to support this habit on a regular. Inflation has hit us all. And yet these businesses continue to flourish. 🤷♂️
Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed.
Tip for consumers: Drink Slowly when you get to the end of your coffee so as not to swallow a mouthful of grinds.

Read moreMe and my husband went to this location at 8:54 PM and was standing outside the store waiting for our turn. The server came and opened the door for the customers who were already inside and let them go outside and me and my husband was making our move to go inside. That server just slammed the door on our faces and did a hand gesture of go away. I waved at him and said your store is still open. He came again for other customers to let them go outside and again slammed the door on us. I was so traumatized the way he handled this situation. Then his manager Vivian came outside and apologized of the situation and asked to come inside. Some people are sensitive and handles situations differently. Due to covid, I didn't really go out much and now little anxious to even face people. This situation has traumatized me the way that server has behaved. His name is Syed and I will surely complaint against him. Manager was so kind and she handled the situation very well. But this was my worst experience ever with any restaurant and TBH I didn’t expect this...
