Great coffee and friendly staff. Just like any other Starbucks location, the experience was great at this one. I reviewed some one star reviews for the location and want to help those guys out: 1. The issue of points not being awarded in the app. It happens in all Starbucks locations in supermarkets, like in metro or Longos. The solution is simple - reload your Starbucks app and pay with Starbucks app directly. It earns you 2 points per $1 spent. It’s just the specifics of the rewards program. 2. Your drink being done wrong - they always direct it if you’re unsatisfied, and for clear communication you can order via app with pick up at the location as well.

This is the one in Sobeys. Do not ever come here. Service is horrible. They don’t accept Starbucks cards, and the staff is unfriendly. Also if you order a venti drink you only get half of the cup filled.

It's honestly fine! Yes, i's not a fancy pants Starbucks location (if you want that, just head just west of the food terminal). But it's honestly fine for coffee and a sit down in the Sobeys.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of human decency. Went there today to order a venti iced strawberry matcha latte. After she asked me “what would you like,” I could not answer because she kept cutting me off and talking to one of the cart boys. When I mean I could not answer I mean literally could not get a word out without her or him interrupting. When trying to repeat myself to kindly check with the barista if she inputted my order right she lashed back at me in the rudest way possible “yeah, I got that”. Her and her coworker kept looking at me and giggling and she was lucky I couldn’t hear what they were saying. Then I got my order back and it was a grande, which she said “I charged you for a grande not a venti.” I looked at my receipt on the app and she did charge me for a grande when I said venti TWICE and she said “yeah, I got that.” Clearly you don’t. Also, in the past if there was a mistake with any order, Starbucks employees would offer to fix it for me even when I offer to pay the difference; she did not. Kept shouting “I charged you for a grande” over me. Drink was not correct either. Sobeys and Starbucks affiliate, please hire real baristas and not mean women that act like 14 year olds and maybe you will get...

I visited this location yesterday because I saw a sign for the grand opening while shopping at Sobeys. The sign stated customers could purchase any handcrafted grande size beverages for $3. I ordered 2 grande iced caramel macchiato’s (handcrafted beverages) from the sweet lady with black and red glasses, but when I finished ordering I'm assuming the manager- someone named Jayshea intervened to say I could only purchase one because theres a limit of one per purchase. In turn I had to do two separate transactions in order to get the beverages I requested. Keep in mind NO WHERE does the location state theres a limit to how many beverages can be purchased for $3. The lady with glasses didn’t understand why it was one per order because she said theres not suppose to be a limit and honestly I felt bad for the way she rudely interrupted and spoke to the employee and myself. Im very confused and not happy I had to pay for the beverages separately and pay taxes twice for what could have been so simple. Management needs to chill because the rudeness I encountered from whose suppose to be in charge at this location was disgusting. Treat your employees and guests...
