I am currently 8 months pregnant and visited this location to order lunch. While there, I needed to use the washroom, only to find that both washrooms had "Out of Service" signs. I have noticed these signs on multiple visits over the past few weeks. When I inquired about the issue, the female employee politely mentioned that I could not use the washroom because it was out of her service. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said I can speak with her but then the male employee came over and, in a rude and dismissive manner, stated that the washrooms were broken and that they were waiting for plumbers.
When I asked him when this occurred, he claimed it happened "last night"—which is clearly untrue given that the washrooms have been unavailable for weeks. I expressed that having accessible washrooms for customers is essential, and I asked for his name to document my complaint. He became increasingly loud, refused to provide his name, and dismissed me, saying he had many customers waiting. However, when I turned to the other customers present and asked if they minded me taking a minute of his time, they all said it was fine. One customer even followed me outside to help me locate another restroom and mentioned that he did not believe the toilets were actually broken.
At 8 months pregnant, I was incredibly uncomfortable and had to leave in search of a restroom elsewhere. The employee’s complete lack of empathy was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a well-established restaurant like Subway. This is not just a concern for me as a pregnant woman but for all customers. What if it had been a young child or an elderly person in need of a washroom?
Furthermore, after checking Google reviews, I have discovered that many customers have been reporting closed washrooms at this location for months. It raises the question of whether this is simply a tactic to avoid maintaining and cleaning them, which would be completely...
Read moreI've been to this particular location a few times since it is near where my husband works and we go there for lunch sometimes. Other times I have went, their bread is crumbly and stale, or they are out of ingredients (at 2-3pm). The last time I went (yesterday as of this review), I ordered my sub, and when I got to the counter to pay, the counter was covered in a stack of trays and baskets and other things, and when the cashier lady asked me if I wanted anything else, I said "a cup for water" she got the cup and put it on the top tray in the stack and it fell over on the tray so I fixed it up myself. When I paid, the cashier and the girl who made my sandwich started talking to each other and I just stood there since my sandwich was on their side and out of my reach and I was waiting on my receipt (which I kind of wanted since I paid with a giftcard and would've liked to know what my balance was) when the cashier noticed I was still standing there, she said "You can go now" and the girl that made my sub gave me my sandwich and they both went on with their conversation as if I didn't exist. I didn't get a receipt and I had to move the stack of baskets off the stack of trays and put my sandwich on the top tray with my cup. And again, the bread on my sandwich was hard and stale. I don't think I'll ever go back to this Subway again as this was the final straw for me. I would've done the survey to tell about my experience but since I did not get a receipt, I guess this is...
Read moreOrdered two wraps chicken Ceasar and chicken bacon ranch, one for my coworker and myself. Employee making the wraps heated both our chickens and bacon together then moved some of the chicken to the other wrap -unevenly so I asked to move a piece or two over to the other wrap. This wasn't too much of a problem for me but for those who don't eat pork this would be a cross contamination of foods. I proceeded to the check out and grabbed two bags of chips and also got a soup beacuse the coupons I had were for a soup and wrap combo, $5, and a wrap for $2.99. the employee checking me out was busy counting money she didn't really notice me until I stood there for a bit. She wouldn't let me use both coupons because it's "one per customer per day" but on the back of the coupon it only says "can not be combined with other offers." After proceeding to pay only using one coupon she went on to continue her work and didn't even hand me my food. Again I stood there waiting and she said that the food was still being made when she was standing right beside it.after putting the food together she realized I had two bags of chips and not one so then asked me to pay for the second. In addition, my soup wasn't even full. Overall a...
