After being harmed at the four seasons montreal spa. I was not able to get any type of recourse from the managers at that location. I felt obligated to contact head office for assistance. After speaking to Sourab in the guest coordination department, I was assured that he would have the issue resolved. He did not. So, I advise anyone who wishes to have positive experiences with their spa or hospitality needs go elsewhere.
