Friendly staff Staff were very friendly here, even though I accidentally ignored their hospitality when I was super excited for my bubble tea. They have a touch screen pin pad for you to enter your phone # to add points to your card, so that you never have to bring your points card around with you again. The guy taking my order said my name after reading the info linked to my # to acknowledge me as a valued customer, and he even pronounced my name right.

Always delicious--can't go wrong with Chatime formulas The picture below is of the Oolong Tea Sea Salt Crema that I got. Loved how they didn't cheap out on the tapioca, and loaded it almost to the middle =). This drink is a bit strange though, as there is a huge contrast between the bitter tea (I chose min sugar) and the savoury, salty foam cream on top. Couldn't taste the tiny bit of matcha sprinkled on top. It was a cool experience though, but not my favourite.

I didn't hang around in the tea shop when I got my drink, but I did see some sofa seats at the booth. Not every Chatime has comfy seats. I'd like to come back here again to enjoy the environment a little more. Seems like it's so far so good as a place to chat at...

This place is my new addiction...actually come to think of it it's my only addiction.

I have only had bubble tea a few times from different places and was never overly sold on the idea...but then my girlfriend introduced me to this place and now she regrets it. The interior is modern and cool. The people were modern and cool and the drinks were...you guessed it modern and cool.

I ended up getting a large hazelnut milk chocolate drink with less ice and less sugar and for the first time ever...I had tapioca Pearl's added and enjoyed it. Now I normally do not like tapioca Pearl's but this place they tasted sweet and added that right sweetness to your drink. It took literally less then 5 minutes to have our drinks ready. The staff was friendly and chatted us up while getting the drinks ready and they seemed to actually enjoy their jobs ( alot of places people do not do that lol) I now have been here way too many times and everytime I get my drink I want more...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE...

The customer service is the worst, and for sure derserve no star at all. Both of the staffs were extremely rude, we came in around 9:45 with a group of 10 and sit in the dine-in areas and tried to figure out what drinks to order, then about 5mins, one of the staff came to us and ask if we were going to order and we will need to leave at 10:30pm (store hours close at 11pm) with extremely rude attitude (eyes rolled, tone of voice, slamming door). everything would be fine and we would be happy to leave at 10:30pm if her attitude wasnt rude. i still got confused how we got treated that way, and go on the google reviews to see many people experienced the same things, wonder if that was the store’s standards, because some reviews have been awhile but seem like nothing changed at all, the attitude is still there.
