CHECK YOUR BILL EVERYTIME WITH THIS STORE!!!
TL;Dr: Wrongly charged $12 for a $9 sub and asked to come next day for a refund.
The details- I asked James at Subway if the app deal (6inch for $5.99) was available instore and he said yes. So I asked for a 6inch Tuna which was part of the deal and asked him to add extra rotisserie chicken (chargeable) on the side - he added it to the sandwich and toasted it (nevermind). At billing, my total came to 12.65, and since there is NO customer facing screen, I had to reconfirm my order verbally and he said the add-on chicken was worth $5ish +tax - I said ok. After payment, I saw that this guy charged me $8.99 (instead of $5.99) for a rotisserie sub (instead of a tuna sub) and keeps Tuna as an add-on!!! So a sub that should've costed me $9 was charged at $12.
And then after 15 minutes of back and forth, his manager tells him on the phone to ask me to come the next day for a refund! Anyway, I just told the fellow to give me another serving of extra chicken since they already had my money. No way was I wasting fuel to come back for $3. So be careful when you redeem deals...
Read moreElba was incredibly rude, did not listen and at the end coughed all over our order. This is the second time we came in where Elba was unnecessarily rude towards us. She acts like she hates her job. Our sandwiches were NOT made with care, she was very sloppy making all three of them. When we went to pay, she attempted to charge us full price for the 3 sandwich deal. There are so many places one can find employment (A.K.A a job). If you really hate your job that much, then quit. You might also want to stay away from any customer service related industry. Also, if you have a damn cough, wear a bloody mask to work!!
