Terrible experience with this company!!! Placed order for cupcakes and a cake for my husband’s 50th bday party a week in advance. Called in with my visa to place order. Unexpectedly, My mother-in-law was rushed to hospital that day and had emergency surgery to brain and was given a terrible diagnosis. I had to cancel my husband’s party that day. Every owner of business that I had to cancel was understanding and sympathetic. Lollicakes staff were rude and lied. At first they said they would charge $25 fee (for their inconvenience) which I was fine with. It didn’t happen. I had to call over 15 times. I finally had to physically show up in the store with my credit card and speak to owner directly and explain the situation. Again, owner was rude and dismissive. Finally, credited minus a 25% charge taken. I called to let them know of their mistake. The owner was again rude and dismissive and said it was no mistake. I gave her several opportunities to change her position. She did not. I will never use this company again and nor will anyone I know. Very very...

I must be careful with sweet customer service, I bought a cake for my son 16th birthday and the person was seems nice and truat her but somehow we ruined our son birthday as the cake I bought was so hard and very not fresh. while my son was cutting the cake he asked mom is this ice cream cake because I am not able to cut the cake and we realized that cake is not fresh and with store person I asked her 3or4 times that I trust you but make sure cake is fresh and she mentioned of course cake is very fresh. My request to you PLEASE BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY TRUST YOU WHEN THEY BUY SOMETHING FROM YOUR STORE. My wife went to get a gender reveal cake for just my wife and I to do privately in our home. She asked Loli cake for something small and simple with something easy like a little food coloring added to the cake batter to indicate gender. They gave her a 6" cake. They said they would take care of it and never disclosed the price. They ended up charging her 80 dollars. We only found out after we checked the visa statement. I feel like that is a very expensive cake and thats the sort of price you would tell someoneabout before hand. A little bit of communication would have gone a long way.
