Firstly, I can see you had plenty of time to watch footage and write such a lengthy reply. Instead, that time should be invested in training your staff to follow Subway’s standards — something many other negative reviews here also point out. Always under staffed. Using words like “foolish” and “ridiculous” towards customers, and even writing “you guys never satisfied that is your nature always complaining,” is unacceptable. This comes across as stereotyping and borderline racial. No professional business should ever address customers this way. You claim your employee put 4 sauces — but we only requested 3. If you insist otherwise, either the wrong subs were given, or perhaps you need to check more carefully. As for the “extra sauce,” we received only a few very small containers for 12 footlongs, which clearly shows an attempt to cut corners and Mitul knows he made mistake. On top of that, the subs had barely any toppings — it was basically just bread. Instead of blaming customers, try taking feedback seriously and improving your service. I genuinely hope head office reviews this situation, because experiences like this damage the Subway brand. I wish you the best — but maybe try ordering one of your own subs near closing time and see if you enjoy eating...
Read moreEntered the store over 15 mins ago. Noticed there’s only one single worker and 9 people here not including me. The line had been so long for me and the next two people in front of me that I’ve had enough time to listen to an entire 12 minute YouTube video and the customer who is up next is having to watch it the lady make two subs for a ubereats order after already waiting almost 20 mins.
I also noticed two south asian women sitting not eating and eventually noticed the worker smiling at them and giggling as if the long line is a joke and I realized it’s her friends lingering around at her work.
I’m glad the worker finds joy in the extremely terrible and slow service. But I can’t help but say that whoever owns this franchise is extremely cheap for having ONE worker for the closing shift which is insane.
Worst service I’ve experienced in awhile. Most likely will be 30 minutes before I can order.

Read moreI ordered 12 subs and even added extra sauce, but every single one was extremely dry. My mouth was hurting after just half a footlong. On top of that, the staff member was not welcoming at all, which made the experience even worse. Honestly the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.
Response to Owner: I appreciate your reply, but this isn’t about how many “lines of sauce” were squeezed onto the bread. The sandwiches were genuinely dry, regardless of your “proof,” and that’s how the food was experienced. If customers are telling you the food is unpleasant, dismissing them as “foolish” and “ridiculous” isn’t exactly great customer service.
