Horrible customer service. Went into buy a BLT and upon arrival no one is even at the storefront. The lady emerges half awake (probably because she was sleeping) and then attempts to take my order. I ask for honey oat bread and she says they don't have so then I suggest the alternative whole wheat and she says they don't have that either so I grudgingly take the white bread. I tell her I want a simple BLT at that point she responds whether I want the BMT (which I never knew there was no bacon) so I reluctantly said yes. I find out after that there is no bacon in which I then just tell her to add the bacon and I would pay extra. Besides the fact there there were no assortment of cookies I don't understand why you open up when you are not ready for the public. I reached there on time but the lady at the counter said that its not ready they don’t have the veggie patty. She didn’t even asked what I wanted she said just take veggie delight its the same thing. She couldn’t have called me earlier. When I said just refund the money she said no I can’t. She ws keep on insisting to get something else. But I didn’t want anything. First thing , why they don’t have option for refund if they can take your money online then there should be option for refund. Second thing , I did order online to save my time but I had to wait 20 minutes. And then suddenly she found the patties. I don’t know if they were expired or what . It tasted disgusting. Horrible service and the owner scams you.
During their customer appreciation day, I went with my mom to buy the bogo and they ended up charging MORE when my mom ordered. I called him out on the pricing and he said idk what you’re talking about. Clearly he doesn’t think we are 2 separate customer and trying to charge more. Honestly if this is how they will be doing business, I rather drive 10 min down to another subway.
