I am visiting this subway since so long although one time had an difficult with order for take out. I ordered online two footlong subway and one of them I found without any veggies and sauces. I called them and they were ready to give me another foot long . But when I visited again to take that footlong they denied to give me. Then owner of the subway is also there but he wasn’t good to me so employe. I exited the store and they were not good. I don’t think I can give this restaurant even 1 start.

Ok so I order online from Uber app so I can pick it up. When I entered my order was not ready, even app was showing its ready from last 10 mins. I still calmly waited there and the lady was making my order and I guess Punjabi man was there( owner maybe ). You can see through picture what they have made, He was saying to the lady to put less veggies , don’t you guys think about your customer? I have placed order from this location many times but now they are so rude. Learn how to treat customers

Horrible customer service. Went into buy a BLT and upon arrival no one is even at the storefront. The lady emerges half awake (probably because she was sleeping) and then attempts to take my order. I ask for honey oat bread and she says they don't have so then I suggest the alternative whole wheat and she says they don't have that either so I grudgingly take the white bread. I tell her I want a simple BLT at that point she responds whether I want the BMT (which I never knew there was no bacon) so I reluctantly said yes. I find out after that there is no bacon in which I then just tell her to add the bacon and I would pay extra. Besides the fact there there were no assortment of cookies I don't understand why you open up when you are not ready for the public. I've tried to go there on another occasion at 7:40 and they were closed but today they were open so that even is questionable to me. They really need...

I did mobile order for pick up through the app. I ordered around 3.45 pm and it showed to be ready at 4.05 pm. I reached there on time but the lady at the counter said that its not ready they don’t have the veggie patty. She didn’t even asked what I wanted she said just take veggie delight its the same thing. She couldn’t have called me earlier. When I said just refund the money she said no I can’t. She ws keep on insisting to get something else. But I didn’t want anything. First thing , why they don’t have option for refund if they can take your money online then there should be option for refund. Second thing , I did order online to save my time but I had to wait 20 minutes. And then suddenly she found the patties. I don’t know if they were expired or what . It tasted disgusting. She just ruined my whole order . I want the refund...

I would give this location a zero star if there was that option.

Horrible service and the owner scams you.

During their customer appreciation day, I went with my mom to buy the bogo and they ended up charging MORE when my mom ordered. I called him out on the pricing and he said idk what you’re talking about. Clearly he doesn’t think we are 2 separate customer and trying to charge more. Honestly if this is how they will be doing business, I rather drive 10 min down to another subway.

Never coming back and do NOT recommend this location to anyone, unless you want...
