Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

The food gets 4 stars but that's it. Everything else bout this place gets a 1 to nothing stars and here's why. 1. The bathrooms are always closed even tho there's a city law forbidding places that serve food keeping there washrooms closed (crept during the outbreak). 2. The staff are nice but that location is overcharging massively. Went to the beaches one and the one at Coxwell both lower and Danforth stores and one of the ones downtown and seriously that location is the only one ik that charges me essentially 20 bucks for a combo (a sub, 2 cookies and a fountain drink). And number 3. Between 11pm to 6am depending on who's working they take the chairs away so u can't sit in and eat cuz they don't want the homeless to stay there overnight and sleep in the store while it's open. Had my worst experience , when i entered the restaurant the counter was unattended . 2 guys were smoking weed at the main door one of them stepped in and told me give me 10 min ill be back , i was very hungry i tried to search other subway and i left but the subway was closed i have to come back to 2575 danforth avenue again. By this time the guy was mopping the floor. And he told me give me 10 min ( he wanted me to go ) . I requested him to hurry up but the guy literally took 15 min to mop small store and went inside for 10 min it was really disappointing and irritating. I was hungry and this is not the kind of service a restaurant should provide to their . This has been my second visit to this location. Store was dirty and empty. The associate making a customers' sandwich got it all wrong due to the lack of English literacy and used her hands to remove sandwich toppings after putting the wrong bbq sauce instead of garlic aloi. My family ordered sub of the day, x 3, which after being told it was the sub of the day we were charged 46.50, for 2 turkey subs and 1 ham sub. After speaking with the manager, who also left the first review on her own store site, she told me that the advertisement was false and there was nothing she could do.
